GATA transcription factor
GATA transcription factors are a family of transcription factors characterized by their ability to bind to the DNA sequence "GATA".[1]
Genes
In humans:
- GATA1 (see also GATA1)
- GATA2 (see also GATA2)
- GATA3 (see also GATA3)
- GATA4 (see also GATA4)
- GATA5 (see also GATA5)
- GATA6 (see also GATA6)
In yeast:
gollark: Oh hey, Opus does have a really good utility library, does it just do *everything* really well‽
gollark: I think Opus has that *too*, though.
gollark: Also a few minor things dealing with peripherals.
gollark: In mildly incompatible ways, even.
gollark: I have stuff like "read file to string", "write string to file", "recursively copy table", "map over table", "read URL to string", "convert byte table to hex", and "split string" duplicated all over the place.
