In the 2011 Census of Population, the RM of Sutton No. 103 recorded a population of 240, a -18.4% change from its 2006 population of 294. With a land area of 822.4 km2 (317.5 sq mi), it had a population density of 0.3/km2 (0.8/sq mi) in 2011.[10]

Government

The RM of Sutton No. 103 is governed by an elected municipal council and an appointed administrator that meets on the second Thursday of every month.[3] The reeve of the RM is David Nagel while its administrator is Sherry Green.[3] The RM's office is located in Mossbank.[3]
