Phoenix World Tour

Phoenix World Tour is the fourth concert tour by British singer Rita Ora, in support of her second studio album, Phoenix (2018). The tour began on 1 March 2019 in Melbourne, Australia.[1]

Rita Ora concert chronology

Background

On 29 October 2018, Ora announced tour dates across Europe, Asia and Oceania from 1 March until 29 May 2019.[2][3] Access to pre-sale tickets of the tour in Europe, which took place on 31 October 2018, was made available through album pre-order. Tickets went on sale to the general public two days later, on 2 November.[4]

This was Ora's first solo tour in Asia and Australia, and her first arena tour in the United Kingdom.[5][1] Additional tour dates and music festivals appearances were announced later on.

  • After the shows in Oceania and Asia, the cover of The Smiths' song, "How Soon Is Now?", was removed from the setlist.
  • During the show in Tokyo and the shows in UK and Europe, "Body on Me" was added to the setlist.
  • During the shows in continental Europe, "Carry On" was added whilst "Coming Home" and "Soul Survivor" were removed from the setlist.
  • During the shows in the UK, "Coming Home" and "Soul Survivor" were re-added to the setlist, along with "Cashmere".
  • During the show in London, "Soul Survivor" was not performed and "For You" was performed as part of the encore instead of the opening.
  • During the festival show in Warsaw, Ora performed the song, "Ritual", for the first time.
  • During the show in London on 24 May 2019, Ora performed "For You" with Liam Payne, "Doing It" with Charli XCX, and a medley of "Get Busy" and "Cheap Thrills" with Sean Paul.
