The election for Lieutenant Governor of Delaware took place on November 6, 2012, coinciding with the Delaware gubernatorial election. Democratic incumbent Lieutenant Governor Matthew Denn was elected to a second term, defeating Republican nominee Sher Valenzuela in a landslide.
