Ganon's Mask. Phantom Ganon can use a bonus action to assume the appearance of Ganondorf or reveal its true form, resembling him in personality and speech perfectly. Seeing through this disguise requires a DC 16 Intelligence (Investigation) check.

Phantom Stride. Phantom Ganon can move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object. In addition, phantom Ganon can enter a painting Large or greater in size and exit a separate painting in the same size range within 120 feet. It does not have to end its turn outside of a painting if it enters.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Phantom Ganon makes two pike attacks.

Pike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) piercing damage.

Dead Man's Volley. Ranged Spell Attack +8 to hit, 120 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (5d6) lightning damage. If a target is a creature it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed until the end of its next turn. If the attack misses, the target may attempt to reflect the spell back at it. Phantom Ganon must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or undergo the effects of the spell.

Summon Phantom Warhorse (1/Day). Phantom Ganon magically summons its phantom warhorse. The summoned creature appears in an unoccupied space within 60 feet of phantom Ganon. The Horse has the same number of hit points as its rider divided in half. It remains until its summoner dies, it dies or it is dismissed as a bonus action by its summoner.

Phantom Double (1/Day). As an action, phantom Ganon can create an illusory clone of itself (and its warhorse, should it be mounted) to distract opponents. The clone has 66 (8d8 + 30) hit points, and once it is depleted it disappears. The clone cannot physically attack, but it can attempt to trick a creature into thinking it has been harmed, making a melee weapon attack (+8 to hit, reach 10 ft.). If the attack hits, the creature does not physically take any damage, however it takes 5 (1d10) psychic damage as it believes it has been struck. This can be seen through with a DC 16 Intelligence (Investigation) check. This clone can also summon an illusory warhorse and travel through paintings, but if the original phantom is killed, it also dies.

REACTIONS

Deflect Magic. When a spell attack would hit or miss phantom Ganon by 5 or less, it may add 2 to its AC so long as it is able to see the attack and is wielding a melee weapon. If this prevents the attack from hitting it or already missed, it may attempt to reflect the spell back on its attacker as if it was the original caster (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit).

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The phantom Ganon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The phantom Ganon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Phantasmal Escape. Phantom Ganon (or its warhorse) moves up to its maximum movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks. If it is mounted, any creature that it touches or tramples takes 5 (1d10) necrotic damage.
Spectral Strike. Phantom Ganon makes one pike attack. If it hits, the target must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be launched 10 feet back and be knocked prone.
Pale Rider. If it is not mounted, phantom Ganon teleports to and mounts his steed, provided they are on the same plane of existence. It then rears the horse back, causing terror in any creature who sees it. Any targets able to see phantom Ganon when it rears its horse must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

The spetcre phantom Ganon, as first seen in the Forest Temple. Source

Phantom Ganon is a spirit created by Ganondorf in his own likeness with the ability to travel through solid objects and create replicas of itself.

gollark: So your issue is that it's *inconsistently* CISC and RISC?
gollark: I've heard of those. It has some kind of floating point conversion stuff.
gollark: Økay.
gollark: Oh, so your issue is its increasing CISCness?
gollark: I'd like to know *why* you think ARM is so bad, since it is increasingly prevalent nowadays.
