- Fan Nickname: "Radical" Robin (for his very familiar hacking style).
- "Batdad," or "Daddybats" for Batman's surprising aptitude for being a good parental figure.
- "Kid Fate," for Kid Flash wearing the Helmet of Fate.
- "Fate Lad" and "Fatanna" for when Aqualad and Zatanna do the same.
- "Rolly" for the sphere that Superboy brought back from Bialya in "Bereft"
- "Rageboy" and "Emoboy" for Superboy's early anger management issues and his angsting about Superman ignoring him. But these are markedly toned down as the show progresses.
- "Angroy" for Red Arrow's anger at the whole sidekick thing.
- "Aquabad" or "Mantalad" for Aqualad after his Face Heel Turn.
- There's also Manta II and Manta Jr.

- Marina Sirtis of Gargoyles and Star Trek: The Next Generation fame has been confirmed as the voice of villainess Queen Bee.
- Phil LaMarr is Aquaman.
- Jesse McCartney is Robin. This is the second time Robin has shared a voice with a JRPG protagonist.
- Aqualad is voiced by Cyborg. It's also not the First Time that Khary Payton voiced a Darkskinned Blonde.
- Bruce Greenwood (Captain Pike) is Batman, again.
- Nolan North is Superboy and Superman, Cyborg is Aqualad, and Bartz Klauser is Kid Flash.

- Danny Trejo is Bane.
- The Big Bad of the pilot movie sounded a whole lot like a certain shape-shifting security guard and Legacy of Kain character, Janos.
- Jeff Bennett is Red Tornado and T.O. Morrow.
- Q is Mister Twister!
- Professor Ivo is Chronos. Dr. Langstrom(Manbat), and Doc Ock. Aside from that, his resume also includes being a Lawyer, an assistant to Dracula, and the Mad Hatter.
- Kent Nelson is Ed Asner while Nabu, John Stewart and Martian Manhunter are Kevin Michael Richardson.
- This isn't Kevin's first time voicing one of Hal's comrades, either.
- Klarion the Witch Boy shares a voice actor with Lexington and the Tinkerer.

- In "Drop Zone", The Brain/L-6 was voiced by Nolan North; in "Alpha Male", he was voiced by Corey Burton.
- Captain Marvel is voiced by Rob Lowe in "Alpha Male" and "Humanity", he is then voiced by his Real Life younger brother Chad in "Secrets".
- Playing Against Type: Tony Todd, who's best known for playing villains, as the heroic Icon.
- Promoted Fangirl: Maggie Q was a Wonder Woman fan when she was younger.
- Relationship Voice Actor: Yuri Lowenthal-voiced Icicle Jr. fights with the Crispin Freeman-voiced Speedy. Huh... where have we heard these two voice actors as antagonists?
- Talking to Himself:
- Nolan North voices both Superman, Superboy, and Zatara. The first two are justified since the latter is cloned from the former.
- Khary Payton voices both Aqualad and Black Manta.
- Alyson Stoner voices both Bette Kane and Barbara Gordon.
- Danica McKellar voices both Miss Martian and Marie Logan. Which makes sense in a way since Miss Martin based her looks and mannerisms on the latter.
- Kevin Michael Richardson voices four heroes: Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern John Stewart, Doctor Fate, and Mal Duncan.
- Red Arrow and Guardian ( clones of Roy and Jim Harper, respectively) are both voiced by Crispin Freeman. This is played with in the episode "Salvage", where the now-retired Guardian is one of the people who confronts Red Arrow.
- What Could Have Been: Weisman has commented that Wonder Girl was considered for the original team, but for various reasons the character was unavailable till season 2.
- Vocal Evolution: Quite prominently in Jesse McCartney's Nightwing. While his Nightwing voice in the the first four episodes of the second season was deeper than his Robin voice, it still didn't sound like a guy in his late teens (Dick, as Nightwing is about 18–19 years old). His voice deepened slightly in the second season's fifth episode, and this got particularly noticeable in the sixth episode of Invasion.
