Vocaloid/Awesome Music
Naturally, due to the sheer number of creators pitching in their Vocaloid music creations, the end products range from usual YouTube Poop... to songs listed below.
LOLA
- Here's an interesting use of Lola in the song Be My Baby by muzehack.
- Another interesting song using Lola by muzehack again, Take My Hand.
- Double Melody, her own version of Double Lariat, could use a bit more polish, but is a very solid Lola song.
- Existence. Probably LOLA at her best.
- Feel the Pain has a nice beat to it, and it's probably the best song telling me to "Feel the Pain".
- It's very unusual to hear Lola sing a higher range, listen to this cover of Fly me to the Moon.
- Though not really much of a Vocaloid song, it is a very popular Japanese song using Lola, Meditational Field from the 2006 Japanese Anime Film Paprika.
- Anarobik's My Time pushes LOLA close to, if not right up to, her full capabilities. The vocals are even better than they are Existence, and that's saying something.
- Lola's cover of 'Want You Gone' shows that she can still shine with the right song.
LEON
- Leon works well with Daft Punk covers, see his version of Digital Love by Daifuku-P
- Leon's A cappela of The Longest Time is just adorable!
- Muzehack's original song using Leon: Right By Your Side.
- Awesome Joy to the World Cover remix using Leon by Muzehack.
- Listening to Leon's cover of Video Killed The Radio Star joined by Miriam and Lola is uncanny.
MIRIAM
- Eulogy for Abel is a beautiful, melancholy song.
- Here's a well-made rendition of Fly Me to The Moon by Miriam.
- Miriam's Ice Field is a catchy club song.
- Most of Puffihn's works are amazing. Secret Space deserves a special mention though.
- Sunset, another beautiful Miriam song composed by Puffihn.
- Miriam's cover of When The First Love Ends is very soothing and really fits the mood of the song.
MEIKO
- Any MEIKO song made by Shigotoshite-P, Shut-P and Yuukiss. Those 3 aren't called "Legendary MEIKO Masters" for nothing.
- Her perfectly understandable English cover of Amazing Grace. Yes, that's MEIKO singing. And yes that is V 1 MEIKO, not the V3 one. Your head exploding yet?
- Her cover for Bad Apple!!. A really nice use for her voice.
- Her cover of Black Rock Shooter is godly.
- Presenting Meiko's rendition of the Angel Beats! ED Brave Song.
- Brightny
- Meiko's cover of Butterfly On The Right Shoulder.
- Her cover of Can't I Even Dream? is amazing, almost human-like!
- MEIKO's Change Me.
- Chiaki Overnight is so freakin' badass. Not to mention it makes me feel like a ninja!
- Crimson
- Meiko's cover of Dance wa Yamerarenai is just breathtakingly awesome.
- Dearest
- May I introduce you to Destroy Destroy?
- Eternal Choir
- Evil Food Eater Conchita. Just like everything else in Akuno-P's 7 deadly sins series, it's disturbingly awesome.
- Meiko's voice is mature and sophisticated which is presented well in Fairy-Taled
- Floriography is features an absolutely beautiful and realistic sounding Meiko.
- Her cover of Gekokujou is just amazing! Complete with it's own PV and an appearance of her other personas (Sakine Meiko and her genderbend Meito).
- Get Lost is a pretty catchy song.
- Her cover of Look This Way Baby, complete with an amazing PV.
- Her cover of Love is War is one of the best ones I've heard. It actually sounds like she's heartbroken!
- Her cover of the OPM Maging Sino Ka Man by various artists. Her Tagalog is rather good.
- Moonlight Children is the most creative and professional uses of MEIKO's voice I have ever heard.
- Meiko's voice is perfectly suited to cover Mozaik Role, and sounds great with Kaito singing with the chorus.
- Noise has a very good beat to it.
- Nostalogic with nice live action dance video.
- Opera may not be the genre Meiko was made for, but her cover of O Mio Babbino Cara is simply amazing.
- The One Who Loved a Demon. Love this song.
- This song shows the more seductive side of Meiko, Piano x Forte x Scandal which is composed by the well-known OSTER Project.
- Here's another version, using her append voicebank.
- Poem Weaved in Ruins. She's never sounded so real.
- Red Devil
- Red Reflection
- Meiko's cover of Rolling Girl. It starts off awesomely, with the consistently wonderful tuning of Ryousuke-P in Meiko's higher octaves, but then you get halfway through the song and WAIT IS SHE SINGING ALL THE VERSIONS OF ROLLING GIRL? YES and it is AWESOME.
- Her cover of Romeo and Cinderella is pretty impressive.
- Her cover of Senbonzakura is, in this troper's opinion, better than the original.
- Impressive human-like tuning, a lovely melody and a very beautiful PV. Three things that are rarely found in any Meiko song. Snow Rabbit happens to be one of the few songs to fit those requirements.
- The Thought To Tell, in addition to being an amazing tear-jerker, is just beautiful, as well as the PV.
- It's counterpart song, from the bride's point of view, is just as sad. It's called the Cradle of Destiny.
- Twilight Homicide Song
- Her cover of Uninstall is just as, probably even more, awesome as the original.
- Various Feelings is a personal favorite.
- Yomi Zakura
KAITO
- The original mu-cho Remix of Alice is soothing, but Kaito's cover makes the vocals even more so.
- Time Forgotten One combines a nearly completely human sounding Kaito with a great storyline and hauntingly beautiful music. What else do you need for an awesome song?
- Black Moon is a song by Machigerita-P so if you're aware of his work, listen to it and you know you shouldn't be surprised by this horror-esque, storytelling song.
- "Finite Magician" and related song "Unfading Flower" combine a genius story line and nearly-human tuning, as well as awesome instrumentals.
- Flower Tail. Another example of how beautifully Kaito can pull of those "exotic-sounding" songs.
- Houraihua/Houraika tells a sad story while using Kaito's voice brilliantly.
- Judgement of Corruption can and will get stuck in your head. No exception.
- His cover of Len's imitator is on par with if not superior to the original.
- Cantarella is a classic.
- Fragments of Memories
- Song of Battle. beautiful song + awesome PV = win.
- Byakkoya no Musume is a cover of the ending song of Paprika by Bucchigiri-P. Gives the oft-abused Kaito dignity and make him sound perfectly human in the process.
- Kaiko's version managed to make it awesomer once you get past the somewhat chiptuney opening it becomes almost aria-like.
- It seems to be a universal rule that all vocaloids must at one point cover "Dancing Samurai". Difference with Kaito's version is that he does it in acapella. Kaiko's is awesome in its own right.
- "Garden of Mother is something of a Tear Jerker and a wonderful story (despite a dissatisfying ending).
- Heartrate#0822, a Miku cover of Kaito's.
- His cover of The Island Song is very good as well.
- You should hear his original voice actor Naoto Fuunga's cover.
- Jewel is one of the more real-sounding Kaito songs.
- His cover of Last Night, Good Night is probably one of the best ones.
- "Let's Kiss, Hiding In A Car", a beautifully melancholy song by Kaito.
- And for those who can't get enough Kaito, here's a well executed version of "Love 1000%" sung by... six Kaitos.
- Kaito's Japanese cover of Memory from the musical Cats is just beautiful.
- For fans of Deco*27, I give you Mozaik Role, covered by Kaito.
- There is a reason that the "Nii-san no Honki" tag exists on Nicovideo, and Pane Dhiria is a good demonstration of that.
- Melt, Kaito's cover of the song.
- Another Kaito cover of Miku's, and just as good/creepy: Musunde Hiraite Rasetsu to Mukuro.
- Kaito's cover of Rolling Girl is amazing. Not only is he doing a Wowaka song justice, he's also covering the rap version simultaneously.
- Sayang makes Kaito's voice so robotic, real, and exotic at the same time.
- Song of the Clocktower and it's remix for Kaito's birthday in 2011, Verse of the Clocktower.
- This cover of A-ha's Take On Me has quite a following, despite Kaito's thick accent.
- Thousand Year Solo is also a good reason why people like using him for more exotic songs.
- The KAITO Append version of the song gives this troper goosebumps. GOOSEBUMPS. FROM A SYNTHETIC VOICE.
- To You. It's hard to believe Kaito was capable of sounding so well all along.
- Tutelary of Water is a heartwrenching song that Needs More Love
- Two-Faced Errors, Kaito's parody of Ura Omote Lovers, where the theme is changed to the serious problems with computers (such as viruses). To add to the pun, the background music consists entirely of Microsoft Windows sound effects.
- Kaito is not the first Vocaloid one pictures when thinking of "Disgustingly cute and happy poppy songs," but even he can be sugary-sweet at times. Proof? U-Nya-Pu, a song so adorable it has mewing kittens in its background music. It's downright cuddly.
- What's COLOR? is a beautiful, heart-rending song by Shinjou-P, who is well-known for her Kaito works.
- "WHITE NIGHT" is a cover done by Konki-P. Best example of English done by a Japanese Vocaloid I've heard.
- When I Get Home My Wife Always Pretends To Be Dead. Admit it, you already want to click on it just from the title!
- World's End Dancehall (Kaito Version)
Sweet Ann
- Sweet Ann's cover of Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day.
- Everlasting Love by Sweet Ann is a short but awesome song.
- Not many Vocaloids can claim to have dubbed Miku's 'Last Night, Good Night' on the same level as Miku originally sung it. Sweet Ann is now one of the Vocaloids who can.
- Sweet Ann is regarded as the best of Engloids, and one of the best uses of her voice is seen in Giuseppe's use of her in Let It Be.
- Love is War Sweet Ann's version, is very good if I don't say so myself, and really shows what she's capable of when used right.
- Sweet Ann's cover of Meltdown Hard R.K. mix is just awesome. There's no other way to describe it.
- This english cover of Rolling Girl. Not only does push Ann to her limits, she manages to sound almost exactly like the original while doing so!
- Many people often critize Sweet Ann's english pronunciation, but this cover of Still Alive shows that she can sing in english just as well, if not better then any other engloid when used right. (Lola humming along at the end is also pretty adorable too.)
- Sweet Ann's original intention, according to PowerFX, was to sound 'sassy'. However, the song Succubus goes a little over that and straight to 'sexy'.
- Sweet Ann Sweet Ann★Burning Night Is a little hard to understand because of the fast pased nature of the 'night' song series, but is still a great cover of Lily's version.
- She can pull off Want You Gone just as well.
Hatsune Miku
- 1/6 was heart warming.
- Her cover of Green Day's 21 Guns (humorously nicknamed 21 Leeks), with rather good English.
- Her cover of King Crimson's 21st Century Schizoid Man, though being the type of song it is, the vocals only take place in a fraction of the song.
- 6900000000 is the current number of human population.
- A non-Japanese song covered by Hatsune Miku worth mentioning: Nena's 99 Luftballoons - Miku sounds almost convincingly German here.
- Afterglow A really warm and calming song.
- Ako'y Nasaktan ("I'm Hurt"), an original Tagalog melancholy song about the pain of a broken heart, by the same composer of "Let's Party Tonight" and "Sa Piling Mo" above.
- Now with an MMD style Music Video.
- ALICE iN BLACK MARKET, which uses Miku's Solid and Power Append banks to create a heavy yet catchy song. There's no consensus what it's about, but it seems to be about her mentally dominating a guy for sex.
- Anger (PV Edit) by Tripshots.
- Aquarium of the Sky
- Treow does it again with ARCA, a catchy House song based around Peter Pan.
- ARiA, the continuation to SPiCA, is a beautiful song with a professional-level PV.
- Her cover of Bad Apple
- BadBye, notable for the absolute ton of awesome covers out there, and an awesome alternate PV.
- BE MIKU. That's right...singing to a megamix of WWE entrance themes.
- Be My Sacrifice. Sometimes, Miku-rock works.
- Black Nativity Festival. A peppy, rockin' Miku song that Needs More Love.
- Black Rock Shooter has a beat that makes you want to stand up and cheer, it's easily one of the greatest classics.
- While chilling to the bone, Blue Ice Castle is beautiful.
- Bokyaku Alice, a rockin' Miku song with awesome guitar solos galore.
- Boss Death
- Candy is an upbeat and lively pop song. Another different song, also named Candy, is a relaxed jazzy song, with a NSFW picture of Miku clad in a Modesty Bedsheet.
- Her cover of Kyary Paymu Paymu's Candy Candy. Amazing tuning of her Append Solid bank to make her sound quite different and quite human.
- Another version by the maker of Let's Party Tonight
- And now, her cover of the classic hit Can't Help Falling in Love, with Surprisingly Good English. And never has the Elvis Presley song sounded so cute.
- Can't I Even Dream? is a very beautiful and touching song.
- Cat Food, doriko's new rock single. The last 46 seconds are pure Most Wonderful Sound.
- Cover of Ronnie James Dio's Caught in the Middle
- Chemical inversion by Clean Tears, master of Vocaloid trance music.
- Her cover of the Japanese rendition of John Denver's Country Road, which served as the OP of Whisper of the Heart.
- Christmas Morgue is kinda sad once you realize what that dark dude is, but it is still a beautiful song.
- Cleaning Switch with 3-D animation by Tripshots.
- Clock Lock Works from Hachi
- Connect, originally by Claris, makes awesome use of her dark append and sounds EXTREMELY realistic, almost exactly like the original.
- The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku. Sure, she may be a computer program, but still, singing that fast for that long is pretty impressive nevertheless.
- Check out CosMo's Concept Album featuring that song now that the full story has been written. The entire thing is amazing.
- Also the The Intense Song of Hatsune Miku gave CosMo Miku a Happy End.
- Dahil Tanging Ikaw (Because It's Only You), her cover of Jaya's OPM.
- Cover of Daytona - Let's Go Away (Daytona USA soundtrack). As a bonus, even the "Game Over" ditty was covered and thrown in at the end.
- Delusion Sketch is worth a look.
- Desert Wolf by Clean Tears.
- Doll of Building Blocks by Wowaka.
- Drain, a song by ELECTROCUTICA that has a clean and professional edge to it, but blends that clinical precision perfectly with soothing rhythms and mind-melting beats along with catchy little piano tunes and very clear, sharp vocals. Those with weak hearts, you have been warned.
- Dreamscape
- Her cover of Kanzas' Dust in the Wind
- Earth Song, a beautiful blending of all her append voicebanks.
- Eazy Dance (misspelling is intentional) is made by the same producer as Freely Tomorrow and is a just as awesome dance tune.
- E-iRO Amazingly, this song is calm, somewhat sad, and a bit upbeat all at once. It's hard to explain.
- I bring you eight hundred, you bring yourself some tissues
- Electric Angel. The lyrics struck a chord with this Troper, and the rhythm always makes me want to dance.
- Not to mention the relaxing trance remix.
- Easygoing Rider has a catchy tune and masterful use of Miku's voice.
- Extended -YUKKURI- by Tripshots.
- Far Away, by Clean Tears, the god of vocaloid trance.
- Flowertone
- If only Fly Out were longer...
- The Forgotten Song by whoo is absolutely beautiful. Miku's voice sounds great in it, and the indie-esque feel is something you don't find often with Vocaloid. For more eargasms, listen to KK's cover and a remix.
- Freely Tomorrow. Just... wow. This Troper's mouth literally fell open listening to it; it's so human-sounding.
- From Y to Y was (allegedly) made by someone named Yuma, to his ex-girlfriend whose name also started with Y. You can really feel for the poor guy...
- The Game Of Life has an addicting tune and a nice PV.
- The Gift From Princess Sleep-Bringer Mothy proves that he hasn't forgotten about the Seven Deadly Sins series with the release of this song, representing Sloth. Nemuri nasai kono GIFT de...
- Glow, a nice rock ballad with a dramatic theme about how Growing Up Sucks. And this variant takes it further with an MMD rendtion of a full rock band performing for Miku.
- God Slaying Machine shows that Miku can be absolutely epic.
- Goddess Of Spring. A very beautiful and haunting song featuring a wonderful animation of Miku playing the harp on a small island in the middle of a lake in a forest under the moonlight. And especially haunting is the ending where the camera views Miku's reflection in the water, but as it pans up, she and the harp are gone, leaving an empty seat. A somewhat low resolution CG version with English subtitles, but where Miku can be seen to be noticably breathing, can be viewed here.
- Hannyasingyou -hardcore-. Yes, that is a Buddhist chant sung by Hatsune Miku set to death metal . It is EPIC.
- For the less hardcore music fans, Hannyasingyou Rock is a suitable alternative.
- Hayabusa, in homage to JAXA's Hayabusa Space Probe. At the end, you will need a tissue.
- Heart Breaker, with a great MMD featuring Miku jamming a guitar so amazingly.
- Heart Shooter is a very adorable song, with a very cute MMD PV.
- *HELLO, PLANET. A happy, upbeat song about robot Miku in post-apocalyptic world missing her dead master.

- I Luv U, another english song featuring a very cute lovestruck Miku.
- I Should Be So Lucky, yes it's a cover of Kylie Minogue's song.
- I=Fantasy It was only a matter of time, Miku covered SeeU's demo songs, and in Korean too.
- And, of course, the famous leek spin video featuring the song Ievan Polkka. Strangely addicting, you could watch Miku spin a leek for hours to this song.
- Even better, here's Miku singing the entire Ievan Polkka in Finnish! (not just the "leekspin" portion)
- Imitation is pretty awesome as well.
- Insane Prayer. The Ominous Pipe Organ helps.
- Her cover of Ranka Lee's Interstellar Flight
- [It's Not World's End] is about a girl who is about to commit suicide, and is saved by a boy/her romantic interest
- Kagerou Days is deceptively cute, until you hit the chorus and the rest of the song.
- Now comes with an exceptionally done PV.
- Kagiribito is example of good append version
- Kami Kyoku has only been out since the beginning of this year, but it totally has that feel of a classic Vocaloid song. It's a shame this didn't get a huge popularity boom. I've loved it since it came out, and it... just makes the world feel right.
- Karakuri Pierrot is just absolutely heartbreaking.
- Kyrie Elesion by Okame-P/Calvi. The song is just a beautiful example of what Miku's voice can be, and it's quite sad, too.
- Laika, adding on to Space program tearjerkers.
- For something more on the "soft and flowing" side, try the beautiful Last Night, Good Night. It's melody is just outstanding.
- And makes this troper cry every time, since the lyrics can be taken as a love song, or, depending on interpretation, a goodbye song.
- Leave in Summer, Yet You're in My Fluffthoughts. What's not to like? It's so catchy, and there are ADORABLE alpaca!
- Let's Party Tonight, another great example of Miku singing in clear English.
- LOL -lots of laugh- should be here!
- Lost And Found, a sasakure-P song with lovely meaningful lyrics and a great surrealist PV, which happens to make good use of Append Miku's sweet and dark voicebanks.
- Lost Story, an emotion-filled, and truly epic miku-rock that has to be one Yuyoyuppe's best.
- Love is War. The classics never get old.
- And now here's a "death metal" version (known as the Pandora Mix), complete with the most disturbing Metal Scream by any vocaloid.
- Love Song is an awesome song in its own right, but what makes it even better is the awesome MMD video courtesy of MMD director Wakamura.
- Lynne is brilliant as well. Make sure to check out the unofficial PV as well.
- March Rain. I love this song.
- Marionette Syndrome and Marionette both have completely different messages, but are good, be sure to check out the Nico Nico Chorus version of Marionette as well.
- Melody.exe
- Melody Line, with another good MMD video by Wakamure.
- Melt is very cute, upbeat, and romantic song of how she sings of her crush and her inability to tell him how she feels. There's also a boy's lyrics version, making duets possible.
- Her cover of Meltdown remixed into Trance style. Used in the Fire Pit scene at the end of Test Chamber 19 in the Vocaloid Edition MOD for Portal.
- Memory-Colored Melodic
- Meteor is a meaningful piece of music, with the lyrics relating to the earthquake in Japan last March.
- Mr. Wonderboy is an upbeat pop song, while Mr. Wonder is a slower song, but both are pretty awesome.
- Mrs. Pumpkin's Ridiculous Dream, because Hachi's songs haven't been listed enough yet.
- The Moon of the West River, a beautiful Chinese language ballad written by Japanese fan Solpie. Became controversial when some rabid xenophobic deziens bombarded it with a high dose of Hatedom merely from the use of the Chinese language on Hatsune Miku, forcing the author to take it down from his Nico Nico website before supportive fans could come to the rescue. Fortunately preserved in YouTube for all to enjoy.
- Music kick -M/U/S/I/C Remix- by Clean Tears.
- Cover of Celine Dion's My Heart Will Go On. Rather beautifully rendered.
- My Spiral, a jazzy Miku Append song.
- Nebula. Even without the amazing video, it would still qualify for this page.
- Out of Step from Wowaka.
- Cover of Yes's Owner of a Lonely Heart
- Parades makes you want to go out on an adventure.
- Palette World Breakdown has a major charm about it once you realize that the music was produced by CYTOKINE and Tsukimido who are usually associated with Touhou.
- Pierrot is a Tear Jerker song about a Sad Clown, illustrated perfectly by the PV.
- Her cover of Iguchi Yuka's Platinum Disco from Nisemonogatari
- PlusMinus. Really, no written description does the song justice.
- This cover of Lady Gaga's "Poker Face" is probably one of (if not) the best efforts by anyone to make Hatsune Miku sing (and RAP!) in clear and understandable english.
- Here's the same song but with more suitable video footage.
- Popipo, another classic, and one of the few songs that makes Hatsune Miku Fun Personified. And there's also her own English translation.
- Potato-head in Wonderland. Mind Screw, Miku singing screamo, and a surreal-yet-scary PV? Ohh, yes please.
- Qualia. by Hachi
- Rain Stain has Miku sounding rough, and the result is a song that's dark and forceful, and the beautiful back-up vocalist makes things sound even better.
- RayForce @ Miku-san, a cover of "G", the Stage 2 music from Ray Force. Silly lyrics aside, it's nothing short of amazing.
- Reflect. The entire message behind it is one big Crowning Moment of Heartwarming.
- Rolling Girl
- This MMD video takes the title of the song to a much more literal sense. Also, you'd almost wonder how Miku could go though it unscaved.
- Her cover of Rihanna's Rude Boy. Emphasized by an image of Miku doing an Eyelid-Pull Taunt.
- Run, Miku's cover of one of SeeU's demos.
- RuRaRa, a catchy tune, also featuring an MMD video of instrument playing Vocaloids (including Kaito, Haku, and others on those instruments).
- S.E.K.N by Clean Tears, once again.
- Sa Piling Mo, a very catchy original Tagalog composition (from the same composer of "Let's Party Tonight"), which in fact also serves as the OP for the creator's other main project, "I Love Him", a fanmade TV sitcom style series featuring the Vocaloids themselves as cast members. A preview of the show can be viewed here, and OP version of the song complete with video can be viewed here. The entire OP video done in MMD is a great effort in its own right.
- Saihate, also a classic.
- I love Saihate but the full piano version reminds you of the true sadness the song holds, and the longing of the narrator for their lost love.
- Science Fiction Night. This troper would love some English lyrics, as the song just sounds so utterly awesome that the lyrics can't hurt it much. Great bass line and drums, plus Miku's voice is done amazingly.
- Secret Police
- Sekiranun Graffiti is supercell's latest song with a fully animated PV that truly makes you feel as if you are flying above the clouds.
- Senbonzakura is a song filled fighting spirit and has a beautiful PV to match.
- Shining Ray. Also a great tear Jerker
- Shotgun Lovers is extremely catchy and just plain awesome.
- Silence by Nayuta-P. An awesome trance track with a chilling feel. Used to great effect as a Boss Fight theme in this Vocaloid Edition MOD for Portal, as demonstrated here.
- Her cover of Silver Bullet. An amazing manipulation of her Solid and Dark voicebanks to produce a very human sounding voice.
- A Special Case, (this link for NND) is an awesome heavy metal piece sung by Miku with a surreal and slightly unsettling PV.
- A Song I'd Like to Sing
- Cover of Taylor Swift's Sparks Fly.
- Standing In Your Way, by Wowaka.
- Here she sings a roughly Japanese translated version of Still Alive from the game Portal.
- And here's her cover of Want You Gone. Her use of the Soft append makes it actually suitable.
- STRATOSPHERE edited by Vocalo Legend takes trance to a whole new level of awesome.
- Stratosphere -the Ass(a)ult-, now with jet fighters! (a Miku Miku Dance music video)
- Strobe Hello, Hello Strobe, Strobe Last and Strobe Light, four versions of the same song.
- Strobe Nights, another classic. And also in English (as dubbed by Rockleetist; see below in "covers/dubs")
- Sweet Devil. Rockin' instrumentals, nice PV, though a tad on the Nightmare Fuel side.
- Sweet So Sweet is thick, heavy but also abrasive and simultaneously engrossing. The sharpness of Miku's voice complements the guitarwork in a really cool way.
- Sweet Sweet Cendrillon Drug you can listen to Clear's version for a double-dose of awesome.
- Tachycardia by ryuryu, featuring a thematically appropriate strong beat and mesmerizing shifts of phrasing.
- Another beautiful ryuryu song is Journey.
- Tears of palm from Clean Tears.
- Techno Distance
- Tokyo Endroll is one of the most underrated Hatsune Miku songs this troper has ever heard and probably the best Vocarock song as well. A theatrical synth string section with a steady, 50s American rock-esque rhythm? Yes, please! They do so much to make the song sound as absorbing as it is. And the chorus...!
- Tokyo Rock City has been given many covers notably Valshe, and it is worth a listen.
- Torinoko City, also known as Left Behind City has a catchy rythm, really good use of Miku, and deeply meaningful lyrics. Certainly one of the best Miku songs out there.
- Tower of Sunz. The Mind Screw and the haunting athmosphere aside, it is a beautiful and sad song.
- Tranquilizer, a song from Clean Tears once again.
- Truth + Lies uses Miku's Append voicebanks masterfully. This troper didn't even realize it was a Vocaloid song at first - it sounded so organic and real. Plus the lyrics are simply heartbreaking.
- Miku Dark Append's Tsumugi Uta, a cover of the Kagamines'. It's amazing.
- More Deco*27 greatness, Two Breaths Walking/Nisoku Hokou is fantastic and definitely deserves a spot on this page.
- For even MORE DECO*27 goodness, here's Two People Off Alone.
- Unhappy Refrain might just be wowaka's best work yet.
- Ura Omote Lovers Mentioned below but this song really talks about a pressing issue with teenage pregnancy, not only that it's a tongue twister and Ear Worm
- It is not about teen pregnancy. Many translators get annoyed with people when they mention this, too. It's a song with a bunch of puns that could be used for pregnancy (and the PV doesn't help, either), but it is truly a song about a two-faced lover, as the name of the song suggests. It is about someone who is having trouble deciding what their true feelings are.
- Here's a slowed down version for those who can't keep up with the original's fast paced tempo.
- Unfragment
- VOiCE is going to send tears down your face. No exception.
- Waltz of Anomalies, creepy in no small part because of the Uncanny Valley yet melancholic.
- What? Ah, Yes. The lyrics are highly sexual and yet the music gets you hooked.
- What's Up. Great little Ear Worm of a song that you never get tired of listening to as you watch the amazing PV over and over and over again.
- Window of May/Gogatsu no Mado, another surreal song by Sunzriver-P.
- An early song of hers, Wingless Angel.
- Wonderland and the Sheep's Song by Hachi
- The World End Umbrella. Almost anything composed by Hachi is brilliant.
- The revised/new version of The World End Umbrella, World's End Umbrella is equally as awesome.
- World Is Mine Miku is a spoilt brat who gets whatever she wants, and she just happens to want someone who says no.
- Yellow, one of the most poppy, upbeat songs I've ever heard.
- For a nice 80's beat, try YOUTHFUL DAYS' GRAFFITI.
- Yume to Hazakura
Kagamine Rin and Len
- 8HIT makes for a really good Training Montage.
- Abstract Nonsense by Rin. Apparently her being suicidal and with black hair contributes to the sheer awesomeness of this song.
- Adolescence uses the tune of Cendrillon and renders it better.
- Alluring Secret Black Vow anyone? It's fantastic, and the story is heartbreaking.
- Len's cover of Justin Bieber's Baby. Haters to the left!
- Their cover of Bad Bye. Once again, the Kagamines cover one of Miku's songs and make it even more awesome. (Be warned, this video is somewhat disturbing.)
- Rin's Black*Rock Shooter, backup voices courtesy of Len.
- Bloody My Doll shows that Len tops Edward Cullen any day.
- I bring video game fans here Borderlands!. It even has a few bits that make Len sound like a claptrap.
- Butterfly on Your Right Shoulder, Len's version. The original Rin version was already great, but Len completely tops it.
- Hey, now. Rin's version isn't too shabby either.
- Candy Candy, as covered by Rin and Len
- Candy Psychologist by Rin. Just like the name, it's addictive.

- Dreamy Cherry Blossoms is about a rich girl (Rin) that's getting married in a little while that happens to fall in love with a violinist (Len). It's also note worthy that the art style in the PV is just as beautiful as the song that accompanies it.
- And for some metal Rin, try THE DYING MESSAGE
- A Faint Wish and its sequel song, A New Millenium are very heart-warming.
- From the same series, we also have Utopia. Not quite as heartwarming.
- Falling Falling Snow is such a beautiful song with a simple yet touching PV. This troper is firmly believes this song Needs More Love and is trying (but failing)to find the piano music.
- Rin's Fate of Soul
- I'm surprised Fire Flower isn't up here yet. Definitely one of Len's best.
- First Virus Resistance. That is all.
- Flames of Yellow Phosphorus by Mothy. Disturbing, sad, and absolutely EPIC.
- Gekokujou, hands down. Nothing'll get you hoisting a yellow standard quicker.
- Gemini is just d'aaaaawwwww.
- "Harvest." The Kagamines do Celtic rock. Panpipes + mad guitar licks + Motor Mouth = far, far more Badass than one might expect.
- Honey & Clover Club -rearrange- While the original Clover Club is already so addicting, baker and nagimoso created an even more awesome version with Rin singing.
- Hot Cocoa by Len is a very motivational song to listen to if you're trying to get work done. It's about Len trying to finish a homework assignment that he put off until the night before it was due.
- Rin's I Like You, I Love You is an adorable song about a shy girl's awkward attempts at a love confession.
- Len's cover of SeeU's I=Fantasy.
- Len's cover of Ievan Polkka (the entire song, not just the leekspin gibberish portion; and in good Finnish too).

- Juvenile from Dixie Flatline, a nice R&B song with smooth singing by Rin and great rapping from Len.
- Karakuri卍Burst is an absolutely amazing song. Len looking quite sexy (and non-shota) in that military uniform certainly doesn't hurt, either. (Also, please note that 卍 itself is not a symbol of the Third Reich - the Nazi symbol faces the other direction)
- Kokoro. Just...Kokoro. Len's version or Rin's version, there's really nothing better...except, of course, the mixed version.
- Last Stage and it's Tear Jerker alternate ending, Last Battle
- Like, Dislike Really highlights Len's append well, and the PV is cute and entertaining to watch.
- Looking for you in the sky
- And its sequel song Paradise of Light and Shadow.
- Lost Destination. Act 1 Len with Power, Cold, and Serious Append with an almost Crusader-like, cynical atmosphere. It is truly epic.

- Meltdown. By far one of Rin's best.
- Ignoring the Engrish, MIDI MASTER!! will leave you clicking replay over, and over, and over again...
- Len's Monochrome Dream Eater has an extremely catchy beat. The voice of Len in it is nice, low and just ridiculously fitting for the song's tone. One of Len's best solo songs.
- Append (Power, Cold, Serious) Len's cover of Girls' Generation song Mr. Taxi is amazing.
- Never is a pretty upbeat song (that comes with Len rapping!) about... eating natto.
- Their cover of Limahl's The Never Ending Story.
- Noisy Whammy is an awesome Kagamine rock song.

- Noiz Are NEL and DARK NEL by A Vtech NO! are absolutely great. You know, let's just say anything by A Vtech NO!
- Rin's cover of Only My Railgun completely overpowers the original.
- Out of Eden by Len is pretty lovely...although the imagery may cause you to get a Nosebleed.

- Rin's cover, made by Lu Yurippe, is equally as amazing.
- Rin's The Shibuya Catastrophe, complete with a PV as full of explosions as a Michael Bay movie.
- SHOTA=RELEASE is some delicious Shotacon/Yaoi fodder; Lyrical Dissonance, Its Not Rape If You Enjoy It and some absolutely stellar tuning make it (despite the implications) one of this Troper's favorite Vocaloid songs.
- Sigh. Some might need a few tissues.
- Silver Girl -awaking mix-, sung by Rin--the most epic coming-of-age rock ballad ever.

- Tiger Rampage by Rin.
- Vocaloid Halloween? Try Trick & Treat.
- Unhappy Refrain, their cover of Wowaka's popular song, as done by Orebanana-P (Rin Act 1) and Giga-P (Len APPEND - Power). The PV is especially nice to watch with the music.

- Len's cover of World Is Mine. A must-see for Rin/Len shippers.
- The Worst Carnival is a very empowering Rin song about not letting rejection get to you.

- Paranoid Doll is the closest Gakupo has ever gotten to sounding like Gackt himself.
- His cover of Popipo
- His cover of Super Turkish March Owata is even better than Miku's. It helps that Miku and Rin provide backup.
- His cover of Want You Gone from Portal 2, with a heavily retuned voice that sounds absolutely creepy.
Megurine Luka
- 7 days has a fun beat and is super catchy.
- Amore is the best. Ever. And Luka is a pretty guy.
- Arisen Anew. Combines Homestuck, Vocaloid, Doctor Who, and (believe it or not, My Little Pony) in one big awesome dance tune.
- ARPK seems like a great song with sub-par vocals. That is, it does until you realise said vocals were made with Luka's English voicebank and that it compliments the theme of a Tsundere Alpaca perfectly due to the softer tone of voice.
- Blackjack Accompanied by an amazing guitar.
- Boys Don't Cry is an emotional song by the talented Fatman-P
- Her cover of Swing Out Sisters' Breakout
- Brella
- Bullet for Prisoner, the saddest song This Troper has heard for Luka so far.
- Luka's cover of Call me when you're sober is great!

- Close To You, a Carpenters cover.
- Her cover of Connect, the opening theme of Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

- Also, her cover of Coward Montblanc.
- Dancer in the Dark another fantastic song by Fatman-P and this time Luka sounds natural with her English voice.

- Double Lariat isn't only an awesome song, the lyrics are totally motivating.

- If You Really Know is a very soothing original english Luka song.
- Itineranting Diva's Dance Music.
- Japanese Ninja no.1. A cute song with a great shamisen solo.
- Just Be Friends It's really notorious, for both good and bad reasons. The lyrics are just one big Tear Jerker.
- Try Just Close Your Eyes. Anything by metal band MentaiRocker is excellent, heavy with great riffs. The softness in Luka's voice blends beautifully with the smooth distortion of the guitarwork. The choruses are just gorgeous, whereas the intros and verses contain a gritty, dirty guitar tone that just plain works with Luka's voice: opposites very much attract. Plus, this band has some of the best programming this troper's heard, with the only indications of her artificial nature - beyond the inhuman beauty of her voice - occuring when she sharply changes pitch.
- King Lear of California has an easygoing swing and casually erotic lyrics, showcasing liam and Lo-Fi Suicide's ample talent.
- Knife is a very nice rock piece
- La Pucelle de la Flamme.
- Liberate.
- kouharaP's Lonely Summer Girl. Luka's English isn't perfect, but it doesn't detract from the mood of the song.

- And now she even covers, of all songs, Suzanne Vega's Luka. Hmm...

- Sacred Secret from Muryoku-P
- Secret.
- The Secret of Megurine is great.

- Valiant.
- The Wanderlast, where Luka sings about the end of the world. Check out also the Piano remix.
- Her cover of 'Want You gone' is out standing. Her english is so clear and well done, you'd swear she was made to be a full english Vocaloid.
- Wash my Blood - A simply awesome music about a girl who just lost her virginity.
- Actually, a girl who was pressured into loosing her virginity, became a nymphomaniac after, got pregnant, had an abortion, and now realizes an egg dies every time she has her period.
- Some even say she is a nun. All these themes together ( a nun losing her virginity, geting pregnant, making a abortion) makes this one of the most polemic vocaloid song ever.
- Actually, a girl who was pressured into loosing her virginity, became a nymphomaniac after, got pregnant, had an abortion, and now realizes an egg dies every time she has her period.
- Her cover of TLC's Waterfalls. Yet another case of Surprisingly Good English. With the original voice of Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez doing rap.

Gumi
- Aitai has a great use of emotion with Gumi's voice. The tremolo in particular is what pulls it off.
- Her cover of Heart's Alone. Not too bad in her engrish if you'll forgive the raspiness of her voice.
- Amai Kotoba by Circus-P utilizes Gumi's Power append wonderfully.
- Amayadori. Even though Gumi's not sounding her best here, it's still a great and endearing song.
- American 60 is a very sweet song about Gumi seeing off her boyfriend on a train and sneaking some money in his pocket so he'll be forced to come back and repay her.
- Presenting Gumi's cover of Bad Apple!!. Some serious Lyrical Dissonance, but still awesome.
- Born Coward
- Campanella. Make sure you have a box of tissues next to you before watching.
- Her cover of Candy Candy has been praised to be better than the original!
- Carnival features a maniacal GUMI. The song itself is catchy too.
- Coward Mont Blanc is just plain amazing in the excecution of Gumi's voice. The only drawback is that it's difficult to get the emotion across until the end, when it hits you with the real meaning of the song.
- That isn't even a drawback, really. It just makes the ending hit that much harder.
- Cut-Off Line, a melancholic yet catchy song about how hard it is to throw away the feelings for a past love. The trumpets are what makes this song a worth listen. Also, is done by 40m, one of the few people out there who can make GUMI sound almost completely human.
- Her cover of the Cutey Honey Theme Song. She even has her hair colored red for the occasion.
- Datte Datte Datte is pretty sweet.
- Gumi's cover of Dearest fooled me due to how amazingly real it sounded. Miku and MEIKO's are equally awesome.

- Goodnight Sweetheart is a sweet song about Gumi spending time with someone she loves
- Green Lights Definitely the kind of song you want to fall asleep to.
- Green Straight is a relaxed and sweet song. Gumi's vibrato and her tremolo are highlighted here.
- Hajimari no Owari is especially pretty, if melancholy.
- Hankou Seimei. That is all.
- He Drives Me Crazy, a genderbent cover of She Drives Me Crazy by Fine Young Cannibals.
- I Love Carrots is Gumi's possible response to Miku's PoPiPo at first, until it turns into a Big Brother Complex song midway through.
- Idiocy is awesome, no surprise that it was made by Hachi.
- Invisible So calming... for a few seconds, until it assaults you with hardcoreness, becoming an appealing, fast-paced masterpiece.
- Her cover of Ranka Lee's Interstellar Flight. Compare with the original Ranka Lee version - they're so similar (then again, when they have exactly the same seiyuu...).
- Bonus: Samples of her V3 edition (Power and Whisper) performance of Interstellar Flight - you can really hear the difference from the original Gumi.
- Her cover of Irony by Claris is delightfully pleasant to listen to.
- Killer Lady is a fast high powered song with rather suggestive lyrics (emphasized by a very fanservicey picture of Gumi).
- Kuusou Palette
- Life Reset Button needs no words to show off its epicness.
- And by the same producer, we have Life-Cheating Game, which is just as epic.
- Her cover of Lilium is the most realistic version I have ever heard.
- Her genderbent cover of Hinder's Lips of an Angel.

- Noisy is an awesome use of her original voicebanks.
- Our 16bit Warz GUMI grows a pair.
- Panda Hero by Hachi

- Rosetta is an awesome song that is fast-paced, and dizzying.

- Her cover of Sekiranun Graffiti [dead link] is very awesome, as much as the original.
- Sequence of Love is a nicely done song about a young idealistic girl who tries to get into a relationship but finds out that reality is harsh teacher.
- Shanghai Electro is certainly unique.
- Sheep Sleep Sheep, a funny song which implies having trouble sleeping. Part of the song's charm is the PV, showing Gumi having a HUGE collection of goggles.
- Sorry For Being A Closet Otaku, another funny song by Gumi about being an otaku, and getting found out by people she did not expect: her male classmate, whom she meets at a cosplay convention while being a cosplayer herself when he wants to take a picture of her, and later her father, whom she meets at a Maid Cafe where she works, and he's her customer. She gets both of them to keep it a secret.
- Striped Melody is a very cute song; made amazing seeing as it is probably the happiest song penned by UTSU-P.
- It may be hard to imagine a Yandere Gumi, but Sunset Love Suicide proves otherwise.
- Sweet Float Flats is pretty upbeat and cute. Then it got weird.
- Taking Shelter From The Rain, another tragic love song about meeting a boy she likes after taking shelter from the rain and getting close to him, but then he dies at the end.
- Ten-Faced is a completely addicting Gumi song about her acting like other people after having her heart-broken, which leads to her crush thinking she has multiple personality disorder. Or something like that. It also sounds cool. It's odd, but awesome.
- And with the advent of GUMI V3, we have Ten-Faced -colorful version-.
- That's Not Enough, a very cute song by Gumi with Kaito, Len, and Gakupo providing a Du-wop style backing chorus.
- Time Warped After Chopping My Beetle is a bit of a mouthful, and the beginning of the song is pretty weird; but the ending is just so heartwarming and has a very valuable message.
- Traveler is upbeat and Needs More Love
- Try to live slow and awesome song.
- Two Seconds Time is an awesome bit of music.
- [uncertain Happines] surely this song Needs More Love.
- Waltz for Stranger is a beautiful, calming demo for Whisper Extend.
Sonika
- aiSeNMa is quite possibly the best use of Sonika I have ever heard. Not only are her pronouncations strong and easy to understand, she actually has quite some power behind her voice unlike so many other songs that use her.
- Sonika sounds awesome in the song Bahama Mama
- Sonika's cover of BPM is very sweet and plays on her streagths.
- Carry On by Sonika is by far the most 'real' sounding Sonika song that this troper has heard from her so far.
- Cassandra is a very nice Sonika original about the Greek myth.
- People complain that Sonika sounds bad and glitchy but there are just gems like this original song Fade Away. The composer even showed how to make her sound decent.
- And here's Sonika's cover of Popipo as well.
- Press that Accelerator by Sonika, like the above song, is up beat despite it's shortness.
- Scenery by Sonika is very up beat despite being on the short side.
- Sonika's cover of Carpenters' Top of the World is rather nicely made, and the mood is enhanced by a very cute drawing of Sonika.
- Also, her cover of Where Have You Been?. Let's just say that Circus P wins engaloids forever.
Hiyama Kiyoteru
- Cover of Styx's Babe, in three editions depending on the backing vocals (and other features):
- Classic edition, with Kiyoteru doing all the vocals.
- Mellow edition, with Haku Yowane on backing vocals.
- Cute edition, with Miku Hatsune and Luka Megurine on backing vocals.
- Beautiful Vegetable, a song about vegetables (though the background image shows some of the band members with fruits instead). Possibly Ice Mountain's answer to PoPiPo. Features some funny use of Engrish as well. Interesting to note that in the official Ice Mountain artbook, one of the band's members (Akito Hiyama, guitarist and green grocer owner) suggested a song with lyrics based on fruits and vegetables but his idea was shot down by the others. Perhaps this serves a Take That?
- Brilliant EVE
- Chain by Ayuciki, which begins with a nice saxophone intro, then simply showcases Kiyoteru's vocalizations done well. It also has a nice PV.
- His cover of the Cutey Honey Theme Song, complete with a Crossdressing Kiyoteru (red wig included).
- Delete, a funny song where Kiyoteru is portrayed as a creepy and jealous Stalker with a Crush (though it is not clear between Kaito and Meiko as to who his target of affection is), and at some points in the PV, gets redrawn into The Big Guy with Scary Shiny Glasses.
- His cover of David Pomeranz's Got to Believe in Magic
- GTK!? (Great Teacher Kiyoteru!?), a catchy song with some rather good engrish and possibly loaded with quite a lot of Shout Outs (one of which should be obvious enough in the title).
- Guilty Verse, apparently the more popular songs don't even have him doing his teacher gig. This song is especially notable for his realistically creepy scream at the end, something very hard to achieve with any vocaloid.
- Haijitsu is a very good metal song for the likes of Kiyoteru.
- His cover of Jimmy Jones'/James Taylor's Handyman, with Miku and Gumi on backing vocals.
- His cover of Hope.
- The Ice Mountain Theme, which is Exactly What It Says on the Tin.
- If You're Not Here Once again showing off Peperon P's genius at using Kiyoteru.
- Despite the fact that his voice is a bit too high in this song, Jewelfish has a nice and catchy rhythm.
- And here's another version of Jewelfish whose PV is a live action video performed by vocaloid cosplayers. Included there are Megurine Luka, Lily, and SF-A2 Miki, all being charmed by Kiyoteru.
- Koi no Kayoubi, another song with a crossdressing Kiyoteru (and apparently a live Fan Girl audience that loves him for it).
- His cover of Last Night, Good Night is said to rival Kaito's version.
- Love Is War REMIX
- Matilda is a very cute song, kind of a break from the teacher death metal Kiyoteru is used to. And just look at that dog!!
- Natsu-So-Ei, a song performed with his band Ice Mountain.
- His cover of Limahl's The Never Ending Story with Hatsune Miku on backing vocals.
- Here's a more "metal" oriented version, a concept of how it would be like if Kiyoteru performed it with his band Ice Mountain.
- His cover of Packaged.
- His cover of PoPiPo, except that the song in this case is about Iced Coffee instead of Vegetable Juice.
- Pursue features him performing with his band Ice Mountain.
- Kiyoteru's dub of Servant of Evil
- His cover of Sky High. The troper was amazed how he hit some of those high notes.
- His cover of Spice!, complete with a shirtless picture of Kiyoteru.
- His cover of Still Alive from the game Portal, complete with a very creepy looking Kiyoteru.
- True Education, a potential signature song for Kiyoteru.
- Under the Darkness
SF-A2 miki
- Her cover of Circus Monster is the perfect mix of robotic and emotional.
- COSMIC LUCKY
- Cyberpunk
- Daybreak, ladies and gentlemen. This under-appreciated rock ballad where miki can send shiver to your spine. The second and forth verses are especially guaranteed to this very purpose.
- Her cover of Hacking to the Gate. Holy. Shit.
- Her cover of Last Night Friday Night (T.G.I.F) makes her speak good hung-over Engrish
- Lience may not be a word, but the song itself has the potential to blow your mind. A slow, moderately-paced build up to running for your life from a crazed yandere miki was enough to give This Troper goosebumps!
- Light Emitter Rudy, a Christmas song by Miki, is extremely adorable and will get you into the spirit of Christmas in no time.
- Lolwat is just another reason people miss Matt9five.
- Her cover of Love is War
- Miki's Feelings. Prepare for some cuteness overload, especially when she says her name.
- Her cover of Pantsu Nugero Mon
- Satellite is a pretty awesome song that captures her alienness.
- Secret Area 7682
- The engrish is muffled, but it only adds to the song - "Miki sings an 8-bit version of 'Someone Like You'"
- Miki sounds her most realistic in Where are You.
Kaai Yuki
- Yuki's cover of Les Misérables Castle on a Cloud may be one of the best, most natural-sounding English pieces ever produced by a Japanese Vocaloid.
- Here's the Youtube link.
- Disco Chocolatheque
- forbidden fruit is very somber.
- Good Night To Your Older Brother is a very sweet song about a little girl's love for her caring older brother (as in a genune brother-and-sister love, with none of the incest issues). One of the most beautiful performances by Yuki.
- Her cover of Ievan Polkka (entire song).
- Here's another version with Kaito providing bass vocals.
- innocent girl, and Anniversary Place. Kagome-P has a great variety of Yuki songs.
- Invisible Cockpit
- Her cover of Love is War. Her very cute voice can sound really strange here to those who are familiar with the song's theme.
- meteor36.0 is one of the best made Yuki songs, and it's quite upbeat.
- MUTEKI SHOUJO:99 does have some pitching issues in the chorus, but it's a great earworm and is really fun to sing along to.
- PNDR (a song that's been noted to have a similar style to Massive Attack)
- Her cover of Ren-Ai Circulation, with a very adorable rap sequence too.

- A Thief Comes and a Butterfly Dances is a marvelous Yuki song with Rin doing backup.

Big Al
- Beat Beat Tick Tick by Big Al is one of the few original Engloid songs out there and his voice really fits the mood of the song.
- Yet another amazing cover by Big Al; Boats and Birds.
- In contrast to Big Al's reputation of being an Adult Child and thus being commonly associated with upbeat, fun, or just plain funny songs, his cover of Simon & Garfunkel's Bridge Over Troubled Water is quite beautiful.
- Fr@cture is another awesome original song by Big Al.
- Of course there's Big Al's cover of Rebecca Black's Friday. A definitive and hilarious case of So Bad It's Good, its YouTube video actually got tons of likes over dislikes, as opposed to the Rebecca Black original.
- Another amazing use of Big Al to cover a classic: he gives Stevie Wonder's I Just Called To Say I Love You a very 50's feel.
- If this cover of Right Said Fred's I'm Too Sexy doesn't demonstrate just how Rated "M" for Manly Big Al's voice can be, I don't know what would.
- Ditto with his cover of John Lennon's Imagine.
- Big Al's cover of Frank Sinatra's New York New York could potentially give Sinatra himself a run for his money.
- On the Earth by Big Al is an awesome song about Big Al singing about world peace that also shows off his new Taiwanse voice banks at the sametime.
- Even Big Al couldn't resist covering Popipo. And in Japanese too.
- The light hearted mood of B.J. Thomas' Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head seems to make for a very good Big Al cover.
- Big Al's cover of Scarborough Fair Canticle. Very beautiful and melancholy, as well as another departure from his usual Adult Child image.
- His covers of Still Alive and Want You Gone from the Portal games.
- His cover of Wind is also pretty epic.

- Tremor
- Under of Fragments
VY1 / Mizki
- VY1... doesn't have many songs, but those that she[2] does have are stellar:
- Awakening, one of her release tracks
- Cyber Thunder Cider is simply AMAZING and very energetic. There's a reason it was #1 on the rankings, the 2nd VY1 song after HAKUMEI to reach such a position.
- Doomsday Clock.
- Glass Sea, another ethnicy track, though more on the relaxing end of the scale.
- Hakumei, an ethnic track that peaked at second on a weekly ranking when it came out.

Nekomura Iroha
- Anti These is an awesome song, despite Iroha's somewhat higher pitching it manages to come out on top.
- Likewise, her rendition of Bach/Gounod's Ave Maria.
- Baton Summer Sky. Iroha sings rather high notes that you may not even recognize her. Add the very livelyness of the song...
- Her cover of Blindness sounds almost human in quality.
- Her cover of Yuki Kajiura's Canta Per Me (soundtrack from Noir). Amazing Italian, not to mention a rather good Opera voice.
- From That Radio was created as a response to the 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan. It's extremely touching.

- Her cover of Panda Hero is the most realistic I've ever heard a Vocaloid sound.
- Her cover of Pantsu Nugeru Mon is one of a few instances where she's actually being very feminine.
- Despite a few glitches and some mispronounciations, this cover of Lady Gaga's "Poker Face" is actually quite amazing.
- Iroha's cover of Risky Game.. I personally think it's better than the original.
- Her cover of Rihanna's Rude Boy
- Her cover of Song of Eared Robot gives a more oriental spin on the song and it works so well with her voice.
- Tori no Uta.
- Tsugai Kogarashi is an epic duet made by Shigotoshite P, originally sung by Kaito and Meiko. Iroha's version is just as awesome (the lyrics are tweaked for a solo version).
- There are few female Vocaloids with the depth to cover Uninstall like Meiko did, but Iroha managed it. You're welcome.
Piko Utatane
- His cover of Dear You also puts his uniqe voice to work in the best possible way.
- Do you hear this? a little rough at some parts, but still a very good original song for him.

VY2 / Yūma
- A Clingy Boy Sticking for 15 Years
- Iroha Uta, or at least this cover of it, is perfect.
- Kizuite yo, another cover of his, is tops.
- His cover of Nyanyanyanyanyanyanya!, complete with a PV showing how pissed off he is from being forced to sing such a ridiculous song (remember that VY2 is supposed to be a serious musical instrument for professionals).
- His cover of Rotten Heresy and Chocolate sounds as haunting and as awesome as the original.
- Stained Glass
- His cover of Thousand Sakura. There's really no words for it, except maybe AMAZING?
SeeU
- Alone
- SeeU's original demo song I=Fantasy gives us an idea of what kind of awesomeness to expect from her in the coming months.

- Yet another version, this time with breath effects.
- Never Let You Go - Remix follows up in the "upcoming awesomeness" department with a great K Pop cover.

- His cover of Finale is very smooth and and flows really well.
- His original song ~Gasp is probably one of the weirdest but coolest things done with a Vocaloid.
- His cover of Tears for Fears's Mad World, as popularized by Gary Jules.
- Before his release, Oliver got actually got a suprisingly large ammount of positive reception for an Engloid, with many saying he just might be one of the best english Vocaloids created. His cover of Silent Night pretty much hammers this home, and just in time for the holidays as well.
- His cover of Song of Healing is a very excellent use of his voice.
- Like wise, his cover of You were there is another exceptional use of his voice. (Warning: the video contains Ico spoliers.)

- Her cover of Mozaik Role, in which she sounds almost humanlike.
- Her cover of Senbonzakura
- Setsugetsuka, not to be confused with a song of the same title from Vana N'Ice. A stunning evaluation of Yukari's vocal qualities, not just in song but in speech. That's right—Yuzuki Yukari is talking on VOICEROID in the beginning.

- Her cover of Kitchie Nadal's OPM Wag na Wag mong Sasabihin (Never ever Tell). Probably the best OPM cover by any vocaloid.
Bruno
- Spice!, originally for Len, is nicely covered in Spanish by Bruno.
Clara
- Coward Montblanc as covered by Clara in Spanish.

- Freesia, an extremely calming song from IA.
- The Embedded Blue has got IA on nice dubstep.

- Imagination Forest, by the same producer of Headphone Actor, is a lighter song but still has a heartfelt story.
- Insania Argenti. She sounds really good at opera!
- Kagaribito, another cover.
- Light of Tomorrow is another fine example of the realism that this Vocaloid3 has.
- Meteor, a cover of hers originally by Hatsune Miku.
- My Soul, Your Beats, her cover of the OP from Angel Beats!, originally sung by her voice provider. Although the full version isn't released yet, I literally got goosebumps, that's how good it is.

Duets/Choruses
- Halloween Requiem by the Engloids. Who said they weren't awesome?! Extremely catchy and a bit nightmarish, if not a bit unintelligable at times. Having the Japanese Vocaloids as the demons was a creative touch.
- ACUTE
- This cover of Fullkawa-P's song Alice, here covered by Luka and sweet!Miku.
- The duet version of Butterfly On Your Right Shoulder, it's just as great if not better than the solo versions.

- Miku and GUMI's Matryoshka. Super catchy, a little bit crazy, a teensy bit creepy, 100% amazing.
- Nakimushi Kareshi cover by Iroha and Piko is just beautiful. Not only is it one of the most realistic sounding Vocaloid songs this Troper has ever heard, but it is quite possibly the closest Piko has come to sounding like the real Piko yet.

It's about how Meiko and Kaito met and became friends while in development. - If you thought THAT was good, then listen to this cover or this cover.
- All of Senka's covers. The Galactic Railroad in the City of Night, Black Cat, BadBye, Pierrot, Cyber Thunder Cider and ALICE iN BLACK MARKET
- Shounen-T's version of SPICE! takes the sexiness of the original Up to Eleven. He even adds an entire new verse!
- This cover of "The Disappearence of Hatsune Miku" first stuns you that the singer is able to even keep up with the insanely fast tempo. Then you hit 1:44 and you're left gasping from the sheer emotion.
- Emnily. Particuly her Russian dubs of Love is War and Mozaik Roll.
- There's also a mix of her acapella version of Love is War paired with the piano version, giving the song a distant, somber twist.
- Valshe's version of Mase Lenka. This troper thought that her being of the opposite gender would take away from the awesomeness of the original. It doesn't.
- Valshe. Just Valshe. And yes, that's a girl, and yes, she sings both parts.
- Also, her version of Butterfly on Your Right Shoulder.
- Choco & Valshe's version of Dreamy Cherry Blossoms is beautiful. I'd call it better than the original.
- Owata-P and cosMo cover Matryoshka. Yes, that is CosMo on the right, doing that adorable falsetto. His voice really is as adorable as people say! Owata-P isn't too shabby either.
- Akiakane's cover of Out of Eden. (Amazingly, she also did the PV.)
- And there is also Toosenbo from Wowaka
- She can scream well, her dub of sleeping beauty proves it
- This English fandub of Sasakure's *HELLO, PLANET.
- Hitori's cover of Gekokujou (original mentioned above) is impressive.
- yuyoyuppe-P has a penchant for making heavy metal songs (all of them VERY epic), but one that really takes the cake is Noir's version of Leia, his latest song.
- Also, there is now Doubie's version, which has been downright showered with obsessive praise in the comments section.
- Zephyria Genevive's cover of Rin's THE DYING MESSAGE will blow your mind.
- Ritsuka's cover of Chocolate Train is sweet and soft sounding, which arguably better than the original.

- Da-little's cover of ZOU.
- Another AVTechNO song turned up a notch: Himawari's cover of NEL
- Mio's cover of Rin Kagamine's Regret Message is heart-wrenching at its best and it will have you breaking out tears from the sheer emotion put into the singing and voice acting.
- Microsoft Sam's cover of PoPiPo ... what?

- Usa's Cat Food, yet again Usa strikes!
- Banana Kurimu's siGrE chorus is absolutely amazing.
- Their chorus of Omoide Kakera manages to be even better
- Nobunaga x Guriri x TMDC on Choose me is the sexiest awesome dub collaboration.
- Luschka's English version of Last Night Good Night is so damn beautiful, especially when she hits that freakishly high note near the end.
- And another great one from Luschka, her cover of heavenly blue. It routinely makes heads explode.
- Enn is amazing. Especially notable are her versions of Servant of Evil and Cendrillon in which she voices both the male and female parts.
- Alice in Musicland dubbed only by yusuke alone
- With his Cross-Dressing Voices, he dub Eat Me.
- Microsoft Sam's cover of Last Night, Good Night. This troper was expecting a big laugh. Instead, it was AMAZING! And actually heartrending.
- Gero's voice fits Lynne perfectly.
- Jurelskit's mash cover of Saihate the acoustic version made by apolxcore is absolutely stunning. The timing of some notes are uneven, but that is inevitable in the making of a mash. These girls blend like angels and will give you tingles.
- Clear. His dubs of Sweet Sweet Cendrillon Drug, Melody in the Sky, and Dark Alice are AMAZING.
- Depression of the Young Literati is originally sung by Miku, but when you hear Hokke's version you know it was made for him to sing.
- 辰音奈奈's (Chen Yin Nai Nai?) cover of Hatsune Miku's The Moon of the West River. Even if you're not fluent in Mandarin, you have to admit her singing is just lovely.

- Had enough of Matryoshka covers yet? No? Then try this grunge-tactular one. Delinquents everywhere give it two thumbs up!
- Miyako Nana's Luka Luka Night Fever.
- This cover of Ura Omote Lovers - amazingly, the (solo) singer simulates both the voices of Sonika and Piko very convincingly, never mind being able to sing so fast.
- Ever heard of Nano? Fluent in English and Japanese, and covers songs in both languages.
- This is Miku's original version of Starduster. This is Miimu's cover. Please decide for yourself which one is better.
- Saki's cover of Heart Beats, originally sung by Luka and produced by emon, is especially nice to listen to.
- Rockleetist has a few on Youtube and she takes requests!
- Worth special mention are her versions of Just be Friends
- I hate English covers of Japanese songs, but Rockleetist's Double lariat may be even better than the original. I'm serious.
- Anger-11RMX is an awesome collaboration between Rockleetist and Tripshots, whose song she's covering.
- Rockleetist's english dub of Miku's Strobe Nights, which itself was in turn covered by Miku herself (see entry in the Hatsune Miku folder above).
- Katerinu2's dub of Luka's You are mine turn this song from Ear Worm into Crowning Music of Awesome
- POPPY's English version of Two Breaths Walking/Nisoku Hokou is just great
- Likewise to her dub of Luka's Eleven Rave Girl
- Poppy x Nobunaga of Distorted Princess
- While we're still on English dubs, Dvarimonstage's dub of the piano version of Servant Of Evil deserves a mention.
- The English dub of ReAct with Miku-Tan as Miku, Anba-Len as Len, and Kodachii as Rin is just plain awesome.
- Many English dubs by Road (Gagadera).
- Two Breaths Walking
- Unhappy Refrain
- Shinkai Summit
- Coward Montblanc
- Sweetiex2
- Hello/How Are You (shaky start, but it gets better)
- A new challenger has arrived! Koko (Kodachii) does many english dubs, but I find her Two Breaths Walking is one of her best.
- Reza's Coward Montblanc. Oh god Reza, her voice makes me melt so much. It's a shame that no one likes her. She's become mean.
- It seems unfair to have this page without Nero's cover of Just a Game. As one commenter said, "His voice can make straight men gay."
- Miku's Glow was emotional enough. Now hear an English Dubbed version of it (by Mes).
- Another english dub by Nano.
- Coochachu's English dubs are fantastic. Special mention goes to A Song with No Name and Regret Message.
- The latter will definitely require some tissue papers...
- Miku-tan's English dub of Gumi's I Want to Meet You
- Holic's cover of Miku's Yume to Hazakura. And here's an instrumental flute version by Yokocyo.
- Holic's cover of Gumi's Poison and Divide
- This Kagerou Days Cover somehow manages to make the song even more disturbing. But it's amazingly sung and the PV is gorgeous, (when its not grotesque.)
- Razzyness has several high quality dubs. Most of the translations are done by him as well. Amongst this troper favorites are: SiGRe and Madness of Duke Venomania. Song lyrics translated by him and then sung by Miku-Tan are pretty good too, there's Top Secret and Romeo and Cinderella
- LovelessXXXHoly biscuits.
- His cover of "My True Self" isn't the best, but the raw emotion in it will make you want to cry. A lot. Not only that, but he states in the comments that he was actually crying while he was singing. Now THAT'S impressive.
- LovelessXXXHoly biscuits.
- Machigerita P does PON PON PON. And yes, it is exactly how you think it would be. (I realize this isn't a vocaloid song, but it was so amazing none the less.)
- Machigerita P's cover of Matryoshka manages to make the song both crazy AND creepy.
- 96Neko parodies Rin-chan Nau! to give us, of course, Len-kun Nau!
- Let's get some more recognition for the amazingly sexy male cover of Gumi's Shiryoku Kensa by Kanzentai Cell.
- He also does awesome versions of Ippou Tsuukou (One-way Traffic) and Tetrodotoxin Synthesizer No. 2. Not to mention the non-Vocaloid songs Ponponpon and Tsukema Tsukeru (originally by Kyaru Pamyu Pamyu)
- Lasah's cover of kous' Lying Fake Flower blows Miku's original version out of the water.
- Take a listen to this fantastic cover duet of Cendrillon and enjoy... Then realize that the "female" vocalist isn't actually female at all...
- Sekihan's cover of Bad End Night. No, that's not the Nico Nico Chorus - that's entirely the voice of one guy.
- Yuuto's piano cover of Six Trillion Years and One Night Story is especially heart-rending. He sings piano-version covers very well, as evident in Double Lariat and Just be Friends.
Nico Nico Chorus
- The Nico Nico Chorus Rendition of Double Lariat.
- It is impossible to listen to this rendition of Black Rock Shooter and not want to shout from the sheer Hot-Blooded -ness.
- Megu Megu Fire Endless Night and Kouhei's in it, so FIYAH FIYAH!
- Ur-Style is so catchy that I couldn't stop humming it.
- This 5-Male cover of Two-Faced Lovers.
- Let's take it a step down with a 4-Male cover, which has the added bonus of what is supposedly the drawn representations of the singers themselves. I'm sure the girls will love it.
- Though the original is already listed here, the Nico Nico Chorus of "The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku" is MIND-BLOWING. Sixteen people sing it.
- This bilingual Nico Nico Chorus of Rolling Girl.
- Just Be Friends is pretty darn awesome. Especially when Luka joins them at the end.
- Nico Nico Chorus's version of Mozaik Role/Mosaic Roll is...wow...
- Bad Sweets features Ten and Elly who I do indeed fawn over.
- Servant of Evil -Classical version- is quite possibly one of the best (and saddest) chorus's I've heard of this song. It gets really heartbreaking when Len joins in at the end.
- And here is the remastered version and all its beauty. You're welcome.
- The all-male version of Magnet is pretty sweet, not to mention its probably every Yaoi Fangirl's dream in song form.
- Six Kaitos got together to bring you a nice cover of Thousand Year Solo.
- And Double Lariat.
- Matryoshka is pure awesome the singers give you the image insanity, especially when when 朱色 (Shuiro) starts regurgitating
Also: this
- And one can't forget this piece of quantified awesomeness. Yoppei does not actually sing the song AT ALL. That's "Meltdown" you're hearing
- This version of Romeo and Cinderella is so amazing it gets its own PV.
- This Nico Nico Chorus of Cremation Melody is AMAZING. This troper was completely in love within hearing the first singer's voice.

- Wanderlast. This troper was on goosebumps at the end.
- This version of World's End Dancehall is not just a chorus, but a chorus of 12 existing choruses.
- The Nico Nico Chorus's Re Edited and Mastered version of Dear is an Eargasm.
- Melancholic. Its not just one, but FOUR versions of an already catchy song.
- The band version of Panda Hero with one hundred thirty people in it.
- The Awesome chorus of "Mr. Music" above, "Mr. Music chorus"
- Hello/Howareyou <3
- Ten-Faced is now with chorus.
- Leia. This troper even believe this is the original song.
- Halyosy wrote Smiling(mentioned above), got a large group of Nico singers together, and made one of the most uplifting, inspiring, and catchy choruses ever during Japan's troubles.
- This chorus of Luka's "No Logic" is one of my favorite NND choruses. Not quite sure why, but I really love this.
- Rotten Heresy and Chocholate with energetic chorus and nice guitar accompanion.
- This cover of From Y to Y sung by seven guys is breathtaking.

- My favorite Vocaloid song of all time finally has a NNC! Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Tsugai Kogarashi.
- Unhappy Refrain - In which Kouhei and Shuiro steal the scene.
- Babylon. Or as this tropette calls it, "The Anthem of the Hot Blooded."
Series
- Paradise of Light and Shadow. the video linked is the second in the series, the song is longest, and gives the bulk of the main story. It's first song, Looking for you in the sky serves as a Prologue. If this doesn't count as TV Tropes Made of Win Archive, then I don't know what does.
- The entire Synchronicity webnovel, really.
- Again, First Virus Resistance.
- The whole Evil series, Servant of Evil in particular is an incredibly touching, tear jerking song.
- It's even more impressive when you consider that the "of Evil" songs are just a piece of a bigger series...
- "Daughter of White" is very touching as well.
- "Maiden of Wood Thousand-Year Wiegenlied" is just as emotional and tearjerking as the preceding songs.
- "Handbeat Clocktower".
- And mothy ends the Story of Evil with Kept Waiting for a Response. And it's beautiful.
- CosMo's Disappearance of Hatsune Miku. The album's out now, and it's beautiful.
- Sasakure's Shuumatsu-ron series, four songs by Rin, Gumi, Luka, and Miku in which humanity is slowly wiped out by a nuclear war and an alien attack destroying the atmosphere, as reflected in four people's stories of life and love. It culminates in Miku's infamous Tear Jerker *Hello, planet.
- Samfree's Night series for a reminder of how fun Eurobeat is; the type you'd love to play at rave parties.
- Soundless Voice/Proof of life and Prisoner/Paper Planes rock this.
- Lelele-P's "_____ Renka/Lenka" series:
- Ike Lenka (Cool Love Song). The last refrain is a heartwarming moment for this troper.
- Heta Lenka (Clumsy Love Song). Similar-sounding to the above, only with Len's clumsy Moe factor turned up. It's adorable.
What should I do? I'm sorryyyyyyy!
- Yande Lenka (Psychotic Love Song). Hey, wait a second...
- Mase Lenka (Mature Love Song) (somewhat NSFW). I listen to it because it's soothing, I swear!
- Tsundere Lenka To complete the series. Len and glasses? Squee!
- The entire Return to Zero series was pretty awesome.
- Remember when we said that Story of Evil was part of a bigger series? Well, it's called The Evillious Chronicles, formerly known as The Seven Deadly Sins Series. There are four subseries for them:
- The Original Sin Series (Moonlit Bear (Miku), Abandoned On a Moonlit Night (Rin and Len), and Chrono Story (Luka).
- The Seven Deadly Sins (Story Of Evil (Rin, Len and Haku; represents Pride), Evil Food Eater Conchita (Meiko;, represents Gluttony), Tailorshop On Enbizaka (Luka; represents Envy), Madness of Duke Venomania (Gakupo; represents Lust), Judgement Of Corruption (Kaito; represents Greed), and Gift From Princess Sleep-Bringer (Miku; represents Sloth); Wrath has yet to be released, but is scheduled to be sung by Gumi.)
- The Clockwork Lullaby Series (Clockwork Lullaby (Rin), Girl of a Miniature Garden (Miku), Re_Birthday (Len), and Heartbeat Clocktower (Kaito), Chrono Story (Luka), Capriccio Farce (Multiple Vocaloids)
- The End of Four Series [3] (Master of the Graveyard (Meiko), Master of the Court (Miku). Master of the Hellish Yard and Master of the Heavenly Yard have yet to be released, but the former will most likely be sung by Gumi, and the latter sung by Len.)
- The entire Dark Woods Circus series, starring Miku:
- "Steel Cage Princess"
- "Wide Knowledge of the Late, Madness"
- The tiltular song, "Dark Woods Circus" (Also sung by Rin and Len.)
- "Blue Ice Castle"
- "Red Swamp Bottom"
- "Guard and Scythe"
- It's a brilliant, brilliant series, all the songs are beautiful, the story is terrifying, and speaking of which, watch out for serious Nightmare Fuel. Dark Woods Circus in particular is simply wonderful.
- The "Dr. Realist" (I do not know if the series has an official name but bear with me now.) by cosMo is a mix of philosophy, scary, and just plain awesome. Here's the list in what I believe to be the story order.
- Anti the Infinity Holic serves as a sort of prelude to the series sung by Rin and Luka.
- Runaway Boy and Lost Girl is...well, just that. At first, that is. A girl is looking for her friend who ran away from home a couple of weeks ago and is trying to find him; all the while fuming at how she is going to tell him off when she finds him. It gets worse.
- The Lost Girl and The Meteor Gentleman itself is not music, but is vitally important to the story.
- Nun and Idol Girl seems silly enough; a bored nun becomes an idol to make her life less boring. But, of course, this is cosMo.
- And then the series ends with the titularDr. Realist.
Other
- Pane Dhiria is the original song by a breathy Kaito, which initially doesn't work for the type of song it really is. However, Teto's Rendition brings out the full power of the song better, and really helps the song around. In addition, the Nico Nico Chorus version makes the whole thing come out in full blossom, attacking the listener with the full capabilities of the song.
- Rolling Girl is just so bloody amazing I don't even.
- Yet another version
- If you were wondering where Kaito got his neat rap skills from in that Rolling Girl cover, thank Tights-On (Taitson) for that.
- Let's keep the rap going, have the boy's side to Just be Friends.
- Vana N'Ice, composed by natsu-P and others puts Gakupo, Kaito, and a crossdressing Len together to make a few awesome songs.
- I present the newest Vana N'Ice masterpiece LOVELESSxxx
- You can also toss Arrest Rose into that mix.
- Vana N'Ice doesn't disappoint with their latest song, The Immoral Memory, The Lost Memory.
- I present the newest Vana N'Ice masterpiece LOVELESSxxx
- The VOCALOID mashup of Just Be Friends and Meltdown-- Just Be Meltdown. two Crowning Music of Awesome songs in one? Hell. Yes.
- The amazing Pandashka should be mentioned. Double the hachi, double the awesome.
- akka's two other PVs are already on this page (they're the famous Yowamushi Montblanc and Mozaik Role), but check out the third, also to a DECO*27 song. Complete with Persona and Evangelion references!
- Sukone Tei's 13km is bloody amazing/adorable and damn catchy too.
- The original Matryoshka sung by Miku and GUMI is great, but the Teto and Ritsu cover is very epic in its own right, especially with the occasional added tweak to their voices, giving the overall effect that the singers aren't quite mentally stable...
- The original Miku versions of out of step and Ura-Omote Lovers are pretty nice, but these covers with Tony Yonné take the vocals to another level. Just listen to that ending note in his cover of out of step.
- And niconicosamurai0320's instrumental covers. They are TV Tropes Made of Win Archive.
- This is a medley of 25 acoustic covers, all done by niconicosamurai0320.
- The original E.T. by Katy Perry was already good enough, but this troper prefers Namine Ritsu's version. Which is also the most clear Engrish she has heard from a Japanese UTAU.
- The Hagane Miku remix of Love Is War. THERE ARE NO WORDS.
- This Piano rendition of Double Lariat is so beautiful, I could cry
- Leia's piano rendition is quite beautiful as well
- marasy8 has a collection of great piano covers, such as Fire Flower, Just Be Friends, Bad Apple!!, World's End Dancehall and, amazingly, The Disappearance Of Hatsune Miku. And those are only 5 of the fantastic collection.
- This cover of Billy Joel's The Longest Time featuring an ensemble comprising of Big Al and four UTA Uoids just shows how great these android singers can be on their own (i.e. singing acappella).
- This UTAU cover of FLOWER TAIL, featuring Ron Keine and a chorus of 16 other voices.
- Neko Kanochi proves exactly how amazing UTAU-loids can be in the right hands with her cover of Starduster.
- Yowane Haku's cover of the OPM Kung Maibabalik Ko Lang ("If Only I Could Bring It Back"). Quite fitting for her being a tragic love song.
- I Drink, an original song specifically made for Yowane Haku. She actually sounds drunk while singing.
- Yowane Haku's cover of Last Night Good Night
- Parody of "Matryoshka" but with Pokemon? "Damn."
- Yowane Haku's cover of SeeU's I=Fantasy
- MEIKO and Sakine Meiko do a cover of the Cutey Honey Theme Song while transforming into each other.
- Adding to the mash-ups is this mash-up of Ai Kotoba and Happy Synthesizer.
- I can't believe this isn't on here. This is a FUCKING amazing mash-up of 134 songs, done on piano. It's just-- Words cannot describe.
- Luna Amane's cover of Goodbye One-Way-Heart is waay better than Miku's version. Despite UTAUs being famous for their mechanical sound, in this version it works just so well and gives the song new feeling.
- This might just be me being weird, but the Acapella Canon in D by Teto, Luna, Mako, and Ron turns the Classical piece into something out of a Nintendo piece. Is it corny to think that this is awesome? Yes. But is it cool considering? Hells yes.
- This Utau cover of Song of a Robot's Ear is awesome. Much like "Smiling" and "Mr. Music" this song uses an extensive amount of Utaus. You're thinking 7? More like 317. Yeah.
- Matsudappoiyo's cover of Stargazer is truly fantastic, especially considering how frickin' hard it was getting him to sound that amazing.
- Glutamine's Acoustic version of Lynne
- Actually, everything Glutamine sings is awesome. Yes, even if he forgets the lyrics half the time.
- Although Acme Iku's version of Namae no Nai Uta/Nameless Song wouldn't be called "good" by usual standards, there's something about her unusual voice, combined with the lyrics and background music, that makes it strangely beautiful. It can also be a tearjerker if you consider how Iku is usually used--the song can be interpreted as her lamenting her unhappy life (for those who aren't familiar with the song, it's about a person sitting alone in a room, singing a song that nobody else will ever hear).
- Ritsu's cover of -ERROR. Holy cupcakes.
- The songs "Hope," "Lost Story," and "Palette" have already been listed, and are appropriately so, but then Yuyoyuppe went and remixed them all into a mega-fuckton of amazing. This tropette's body was not ready.
- Back to Vocaloid
- ↑ and translations
- ↑ Whilst VY1 supposedly has No Biological Sex with the intent to be used for both male and female vocals... no-one appears to have done much with this and nearly all 'her' songs are the 'female' voice
- ↑ This is a lesser known series
