Under Phase III expansion of Delhi Metro, Shivaji Park will act as a virtual interchange station with the newly made Mukundpur-Shiv Vihar Line (Line 7). It will be connected with travellators from Shivaji Park to Punjabi Bagh East metro stations respectively, as the distance between them is around 600m, which is quite long for walking.[2]
