Soyuz MS-19
Soyuz MS-19 is a Soyuz spaceflight planned for launch in September 2021. It will transport three members of the Expedition 67[1] crew to the International Space Station Soyuz MS-19 will be the 147th flight of a crewed Soyuz spacecraft. The crew will consist of a Russian commander and two flight engineers whose nationalities will rely on an NASA decision to buy a seat on the mission.[2][3]

The identity of the mission's Flight Engineer 2 will depend on whether or not NASA purchases a seat on the flight. If NASA does, the seat will be taken by an American astronaut. If NASA does not purchase a seat, it will go to another Russian cosmonaut.
