2015–16 Fulham F.C. season
The 2015–16 season was Fulham's 118th professional season and second consecutive season in the Championship. Along with competing in the Championship, the club also participated in the FA Cup and League Cup. The season covers the period from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.

However, in the BBC's team lineups, Fredericks does have a yellow card. On the Fulham F.C. website, Fredericks is credited with one in both the lineups and the commentary, but Alan Browne's yellow card does not appear in the commentary. This page uses the Sky Sports version for all games.
- There is a discrepancy between sources for Derby County vs Fulham on 26 December 2015. Sky Sports in both the summary and the main article lists Tim Ream as having scored this own goal.
