Transborder agglomeration
A transborder agglomeration is an agglomeration or conurbation that extends into multiple countries (sovereign states or dependent territories). It included city states that agglomerate with its neighbouring countries.
San Diego–Tijuana is an urban agglomeration across the Mexico–United States border.
