This list of banks in Lithuania is based on information from Central Bank of Lithuania, responsible for financial supervision in Lithuania.[1]

Currently, six commercial banks holding a license from the Bank of Lithuania are operating in the country:
- AB SEB bankas (subsidiary of SEB, Sweden)
- AB Šiaulių bankas (Lithuania)
- AB Swedbank (part of Swedbank, Sweden)
- Citadele Bank (part of Citadele banka, Latvia)
- UAB Medicinos bankas (Lithuania)
Foreign banks' representative offices
Currently, one foreign bank has representative offices operating in the country:

Currently, 8 foreign bank branches are operating in the country:
