Gold(III) sulfide
Gold(III) sulfide is a proposed compound with the formula (Au2S3). Pure samples have not yet been reported. Gold(III) sulfide is not described in textbooks or reviews. It is asserted to result from the reaction of dihydrogen sulfide (H2S) to an ether solution of gold(III) chloride (AuCl3).[1]
