DNA-deoxyinosine glycosylase

DNA-deoxyinosine glycosylase (EC 3.2.2.15, DNA(hypoxanthine) glycohydrolase, deoxyribonucleic acid glycosylase, hypoxanthine-DNA glycosylase) is an enzyme with systematic name DNA-deoxyinosine deoxyribohydrolase.[1] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction

Hydrolyses DNA and polynucleotides, releasing free hypoxanthine
