Wrestle Angels/Characters/3
The President
- Bishonen: The Survivor version of the character looks as though he may be one despite his Hidden Eyes.
- Butt Monkey: The early game version is something of one as he's almost never taken seriously by any of the girls he's trying to recruit.
- Chaste Hero: The Survivor version for the most part, though he does have a few moments where he slips into being a Chivalrous Pervert.
- Chick Magnet: The Survivor version.
- The Faceless: He's never seen at all in the earlier games. Starting in Survivor, he's seen with Hidden Eyes.
- First-Person Smartass: Survivor version.
- Oji-san: The early game version of the character is called this by practically every girl he tries to recruit. His irritated responses suggest that he's younger than he looks.
- Player Character
- Unlucky Everydude
Akiko Saitou/Combat Saitou
Voiced by: Rica Matsumoto (Double Impact) Sanae Kobayashi (Survivor 1 & 2)
- Expy: Akitoshi Saito
- Finishing Move: Hienkyaku[1] (Combination Kick)
- Kick Chick: Although she's capable of using other types of strikes and submission holds, her powerful kicks are her greatest weapon.
- Red Baron: "Wandering Karateka"
- The Rival: To Mimi Yoshihara
- Shonen Hair: In Double Impact
- The Stoic
- To Be a Master
- Walking the Earth: Until she found herself in the wrestling ring and decided to test herself against other styles of fighting.

Voiced by: Manami Nakayama (Double Impact) Akeno Watanabe (Survivor 1 & 2)
- Animal Motifs: Dragons[2]
- Berserk Button

- The Fettered: Despite her rebellious nature, she believes firmly in honor and duty.
- Finishing Move: Plasma Thunderbomb (Powerbomb)
- Hair Decorations: The ribbon she uses to tie back her Tomboyish Ponytail.
- Heavy Sleeper: As demonstrated when she fell asleep in a sauna during her first private event in Survivor 2. Not only did the heat not bother her at all, but the President couldn't wake her up despite his best efforts.
- Mighty Glacier: Despite a fair about of ability in acrobatic techniques, her base speed stat is almost unfailingly below par.
- Qipao: Occasionally depicted wearing one in promotional images and while out and about.
- Red Baron: "Queen of Rebellion"
- Cool Nickname: Dragon and God of Thunder.
- Shrinking Violet: Despite her bad temper, she's very shy when being praised.
- Statuesque Stunner
- Tsundere
Tomomi Watanabe/Julia Watanabe
Voiced by: Hiromi Yanase (Double Impact), Ryoko Shiraishi (Survivor 1 & 2)
- Attention Whore: Loves being the center of attention way more than actually winning matches.
- Buxom Is Better
- Dance Battler
- Expy: Tomoko Watanabe & Utako Hozumi
- Fan Nickname: "Tomomimania" amongst English-speaking fans, due to YouTuber RyonaKing posting a series of matches featuring her where she went undefeated for an incredibly long time.
- Finishing Move: Cobra Twist, Stretch Plum
- Genki Girl
- Idol Wrestler
- Ms. Fanservice: She provides more than her share.
- Panty Shot: In her recruitment CG in 3 and Double Impact. The fact that she was wearing something of a Stripperiffic dress at the time was the major contributor.
- Red Baron: "Dancing Lady Pro-Wrestler"
- The Rival: To Satomi Kojima
- Rose-Haired Girl
Miyuki Hasegawa
Voiced by: Junko Noda (Double Impact)
- Expy: Sakie Hasegawa
- Finishing Move: Uranage, Rolling Sobat
- Fragile Speedster: Particularly in Super, where her starting Strength (increases overall defense for the HP bar and allows for striking category stats to be raised more easily) stat was cut drastically.
- Unstoppable Rage: Although generally a well-adjusted, rule-abiding person, she is extremely difficult to calm down when enraged
Nami Toyotama
Voiced by: Machiko Toyoshima (Double Impact)
- Expy: Manami Toyota

- Amazonian Beauty
- Boobs of Steel
- Expy: Aja Kong
- Facial Markings
- Fiery Redhead
- Finishing Move: Lariat, Powerslam
- The Idiot From Osaka: Subverted. She's not exceptionally smart, but the fact that she's very good at dealing with financial matters (another Osakan stereotype) shows that she's not particularly stupid either.
- Kansai Regional Accent
- Mighty Glacier
Hiromi Hokuto
Voiced by: Hiromi Yanase (Double Impact)
- Expy Akira Hokuto

- The Fool: Proven when she ran away from home to become a singer, only to wind up taking a pro wrestling admission exam instead... And passed with flying colors.
- Hair of Gold
- Jack of All Stats
- Keigo
- Mean Character, Nice Actor: Vicious in the ring (her low starting alignment stat makes her a very clear Heel), but kind and sweet outside of it.
- Spoiled Sweet: Subversion. As the only daughter of the head of a successful apple plantation, she was given all the love and affection anybody could ask for and grew into a fine Yamato Nadeshiko... But when given the chance to assert herself in the wrestling world, it becomes clear that she had some buried selfishness and a foul temper.
- Yamato Nadeshiko
Mika Inoue
Voiced by: Junko Noda (Double Impact)
- Expy: Kyoko Inoue
- Facial Markings: Has a red star painted over her right eye as part of her ring attire in 3 and Super.
- Finishing Move: Flying Shoulder Tackle, Missile Dropkick
- Hachimaki: Wears a red one in Double Impact.
- Hair of Gold
- The Rock Star: Amateur version. She started out playing lead guitar in a band before deciding to try her hand in the wrestling world.
Sachiko Kanda/Hurricane Kanda
Voiced by: Kazumi Okushima (Double Impact), Yuu Asakawa (Survivor 1 & 2)

- Fan Nickname: "GOD-san", due to a shirt she wore in V3 bearing the word (both in English and Japanese) on the back which was displayed prominently in her winpose.
- Finishing Move: Palm Strike
- Good Old Fisticuffs: Strangely averted despite her formal boxing training, as the games have never had much in the way of punching moves. However she does get an abnormally strong version of the basic palm strike (exclusive to her) as her Finishing Move.
- Kuudere
- Red Baron: "Lightspeed Fist"
- The Stoic
- You Gotta Have Green Hair
Reiko Kanamori/Venus Reiko
Voiced by: Manami Nakamura (Double Impact) Yuki Matsuoka (Survivor 1 & 2)

- The Cutie
- Expy: Kouji Kanemono and Jun Akiyama.
- Finishing Move: Enzuigeri, Flying Kneel Kick, Moonsault Press
- Genki Girl
- Green Eyes In all appearances except for V2.
- Jack of All Stats: Leaning towards Fragile Speedster. She also has good aligment and charisma scores, making her the most ideal new face to add to your roster in 3/Super/DI.
- Kawaiiko
- Kick Chick: Her strongest moves are almost always her kicks.
- Panty Shot: In her photo shoot CG in 3.
- Red Baron: "Sweetie of the Ring".
- Token Mini-Moe: She was the youngest character on any roster during her debut in 3, thus her youth and relative immaturity resulted in her retaining the characteristics in Survivor and beyond despite there being even younger girls around than her.
Juri Nishimachi/Phantom Juri
Voiced by: Mariko Onodera (Double Impact)
- Fiery Redhead
- Finishing Move: Missle Dropkick
- The Generic Girl: Her only major personality trait was her diligence. The lack of anything else to help her stand out resulted in her not making many return appearances (as of writing).
- Jack of All Stats
Hiromi Yamamoto/Inferno Hiromi
Voiced by: Michie Tomizawa (Double Impact)
- Air in AG String: Fond of practicing the violin during her private time.
- Expy: Hiroyoshi Tenzan
- Finishing Move: Face Lock, Chicken Wing Arm Lock
- You Gotta Have Green Hair
Satomi Kojima/Scarlet Kojima
Voiced by: Sakura Tange (Double Impact), Kana Ueda (Survivor 1 & 2)
- Buxom Is Better: In her vacation event in Survivor 2, she asks the President what for his opinion about a (rather skimpy) bikini her family's restaurant is considering using as a uniform for a beach expansion of their chain. The first thing he mentions is her enormously large chest, which embarrasses her a lot.
- Fan Service with a Smile: Her family manages a restaurant. Whenever she has free time, she goes back home to help out as a waitress.

- Fiery Redhead: In Double Impact; she's blonde with dyed red highlights in 3 and Super.
- Finishing Move: Uranage
- Fragile Speedster: Crossing over a bit with Glass Cannon in 3 and DI, where her starting offense in her specialty stats is a bit above normal.
Chris Morgan/Crux Morgan
Voiced by: Aki Sasaki (Survivor 1 & 2)
- Absolute Cleavage: In her Survivor 2 Redesign
- Amazonian Beauty
- Boobs of Steel: And how. The possessor of a 104-cm bust (the absolute largest up until Mirgiri Ozora arrived on the scene in Survivor 2), and also practically almighty in terms of the series' Power Levels.
- Eagle Land
- Expy: A Gender Flip'd Hulk Hogan with a bit more class.
- Final Boss: The series' definitive Final Boss ever since 3.
- Finishing Move: Poseidon Bomber (Lariat)
- Genius Bruiser: Absurdly strong, and yet also an unbelievably talented businesswoman, working as a high-powered executive behind the scenes at the International Women's Wrestling Federation.
- Meganekko: When out of the ring and making business deals.
- Lightning Bruiser
- Red Baron: "The Phenom From the Heavens"
- Statuesque Stunner: Towers over nearly every other girl in the cast at 184 cm tall.

- The Netherlands
