Other Characters
Princess Marina Ismail
The Kingdom of Azadistan's First Princess. She is working hard for her country this past two years. She got Setsuna's attention (not that kind of attention, as he once said) most likely due to her being an Identical Stranger to his Missing Mom.
Voiced by Ayumi Tsunematsu (Japanese) and Maryke Hendrikse (English)

- Christmas Cake: It's even implied that she grew old unmarried.

- I Was Quite a Looker: By the end of the film.
- She got better in the manga adaptation's ending.
- The Not Love Interest
- The Other Darrin: Her original English voice actress was replaced.
- Parental Substitute: To the orphaned kids she met in Kataron.
- Platonic Life Partners: According to Setsuna and her, and they make sure to emphasize this.
- Not that it stops them from ultimately getting married in the manga adaptation though. Which according to the mangaka is purely symbolic.
- Proper Lady
- Replacement Goldfish: To a degree, Setsuna sees her as a mother figure - it doens't help that she does look like a younger version of his Missing Mom.
- Royal Blood
- Tall, Dark and Bishoujo
- Tomboy and Girly Girl: With Shirin obviously.
Shirin Bakhtiar
Marina's best friend, advisor and lady in waiting, who does not doubt to scold Marina when she hesitates. She left the Palace in season 2 and becomes a member of the rebel group Katharon to keep fighting for Azadistan in her own way. Now, she seems to be back on her side.

Saji Crossroad
Louise's long-time boyfriend whose life changed drastically because of Celestial Being. In the first season, he used to live a normal life with his late Hot Scoop sister right next door to Setsuna's until his girlfriend got badly hurt and eventually his sister killed. In season 2, he was Mistaken for Terrorist by A-LAWS and was about to be executeded, only to be saved by Setsuna. Because he got nowhere to go, he was forced to become Celestial Being's Tag Along Guy, and eventually Sixth Ranger, when he realized his girlfriend was now part of A-LAWS. It was a hard battle, but he regained his girl and earned his happy ending.
Voiced by Miyu Irino (Japanese) and Gabe Khouth (English)

Louise Halevy
Saji's long-time girlfriend. Due to the brutal murder of her family and the loss of her left hand late in the first season, she joined A-LAWS in the second season for a chance at Revenge. She eventually fought Saji, who was a Tag Along Guy and Sixth Ranger to Celestial Being at the time, and accused him as a CB spy from the start. Fortunately, they got better.
Voiced by Chiwa Saitou (Japanese) and Kelly Sheridan (English)
- The Atoner: According to Word of God, she's living her life with the intention of making up for all the crazy shit she pulled with the A-Laws.
- Blue Blood
- Blue-Green Eyes
- Chickification: Averted. Yes, she's ill again, but we already know that being a Dark Action Girl REALLY wasn't too good for her physical and mental health. And we got to see it in all details, therefore her situation does not fulfill the main requirement: to be pushed aside of action without valid in-story justification.
- Damsel in Distress: Subverted in that she is one of the people being targeted by the ELS because they are homing in on her Quantum Brainwaves. Naturally, she's not the only one, but she's definitely one of the most prominent due to her importance as a character. As a result, Saji and Setsuna have to rescue her from an ELS that has taken the form of a familiar looking Innovade.
- Dark and Troubled Past: Due to the events in the series.
- Demoted to Extra
- Evolutionary Levels: She is a Pseudo-Innovator.
- Expository Hairstyle Change: She grows her hair back to its original (season 1) length.
- Ill Girl: Due to Ribbons' medication. Fortunately, she's getting better.
- Last Of Her Kind: She is the Halevy clan's only survivor after Nena's attack. And since she reconciled with Saji, who she is engaged with, the Halevy clan will be extinct surname wise when they do marry since she and their would be children will most likely use Saji's (Crossroad) last name. Unless she and Saji reach an agreement about it per a Japanese custom that allows a man who's marrying an only daughter of a higher social standard to be "adopted" into her family and renouce his family name. The fact that this is also the year 2311 might also help; a man taking a woman's family name probably isn't too unheard of, considering it's common enough for people in most first-world countries now to think it little more than a curiosity.
- Patrick took Kati's last name, so there's even more reason.
- Latin Lover: Still subverted because she still doesn't act like one towards Saji.
- The Ojou
- Parental Abandonment
- Rapunzel Hair of Gold
