Fu Shiren

• The Resenter - Towards Guan Yu.
• The Quisling - After being defeated by Wu, willingly helps them in killing Guan Yu in DW7. Could be seen as Defeat Means Friendship in Wu's perspective.
• Rewarded as a Traitor Deserves - After planning on betraying Guan Yu, he is killed by the water attack in DW6.
• Turncoat - Defects to Wu at Fan Castle.

Guan Xing

• Bash Brothers - With Zhang Bao
• Generation Xerox - Often portrayed as living up to his father Guan Yu's legacy.
• You Shall Not Pass - Defends the bridge to Cheng Du in the final battle against Shu in DW4

Ma Su

• Dude in Distress - In Jie Ting.
• Shoot the Shaggy Dog - Even if you succeed in rescuing him, he will still be executed for his failure.

Meng Da

• Chronic Backstabbing Disorder - From Shu, to Wei, then back to Shu. Lampshaded in DW5:

Sima Yi: "You fool! You are nothing but a miserable traitor at heart! Anticipating your actions was child's play."

• • Not So Different - But then, Meng Da also calls out Sima Yi for planning to backstab Wei in the future. Sima Yi didn't take it well.

Mi Fang

• The Resenter - Towards Guan Yu.

• Name's the Same - Shares a name with Zhang Jiao's brother.
• You Shall Not Pass - In the final battle against Shu in DW4, he makes a stand similar to his father at Chang Ban.
