Ling Cao

• Stuffed in The Fridge - Killed by Gan Ning, which serves as the basis of Ling Tong's resentment towards him.
• We Hardly Knew Ye

Sun Chen

• Bad Boss - Executes his own men for their failure.
• The Neidermeyer - So much that his men willingly surrenders to Wei the first chance they have.
• "The Reason You Suck" Speech - Receives one from Sima Zhao.

Yu Quan

• Undying Loyalty/Honor Before Reason - Continues to fight for Zhuge Dan even after he kills Wen Qin, even if it means his death.

Zhou Fang

• Fake Defector - Pretends to surrender to Wei to gain Cao Xiu's trust for an ambush.
• You Have Outlived Your Usefulness - Said to Cao Xiu after his deception is revealed.

Zhu Ran

• Playing with Fire - Notably in the battle of Yi Ling, where he initiates the fire attack.
• The Resenter - In DW7, initially refuses to obey Lu Xun's orders due to his sudden promotion to head strategist.

Zhuge Ke

• Suck Sessor - Played with as he is to carry on his uncle's name as a strategist. Upon their encounter, Sima Yi is less than impressed.
  • Goes even further in the expansion after Ding Feng executes an ambush on Wei's main camp, Sima Zhao notes that his own men has outperformed him again.
