Qottab
Qottab (Persian: قطاب qottâb) is an almond-filled deep-fried Iranian cuisine pastry or cake,[1] prepared with flour, almonds, powdered sugar, vegetable oil, and cardamom. The city of tabriz is well known for its qottab.
