Identification and Background

Announced October 23, 2012 and available on November 2, the iPad Mini is the first of a new style of iPad, sporting a smaller screen size and thinner and lighter body than the previous style. The iPad Mini has a 7.9" screen with the same resolution (1024x768) as the iPad 2, and includes Apple's "intelligent personal assistant" Siri.

The iPad Mini CDMA can be identified by its model number, A1455, found on the lower rear case.
