A woman filled with kindness and tenderness which also caused her to secretly break the rules by letting many captured men go alive. In her lifetime she gave birth to a stunning amount of 50 children through the Kalar Impregnation Ceremony.

Horus
The Horus are a race of extraterrestrial lifeforms whose goals are to find and colonize planets for their race after their own planet the "mother star" became a desolate wasteland as a result of their high energy use. A colony is comprised of 10,000 individuals led by a queen. One of those colonies, specifically colony vessel F-3Q45 crash landed into the deadly land of Siberia, located northernmost in the Continent, during the era of Abel, presently located in Helman. However, the colony was nearly wiped out by the Monster Army lead by Abel which caused their numbers to dwindle to the 1000 left cryogenically asleep. Out of amusement the Archfiend turned their engineer Meglass into one of his Fiends. This caused the remaining colony left in slumber until the year of LP0007 when they were found and awakened by the adventurer Rance and his companions. As thanks for their awakening, the colony fought alongside the humans in the 2nd Fiend War and instead of killing them all and colonizing the Continent, they instead lived peacefully with the humans and became one of their sub-species.
Queen Terra Horus
The leader of the Horus on the Continent, she was frozen in stasis before being released by Rance and his party in Rance X.
- I Choose to Stay: Upon making contact with the rest of her people, they indicated a desire to invade and conquer the Continent. She cut off the transmission without revealing her location, even knowing this would trap her colony forever.

He is one of the worst criminals the Horus have ever known.
- Blood Knight: Jhahlckas lives for slaughter and murder, and is described as having killed his own family with no hesitation or remorse.
- Extra Eyes: The two giant mantis eyes on his head are not typical of Horus, and are a sign of Death mutation.
- From Nobody to Nightmare: In his youth, Jhahlckas was just a kind, gentle creature. By the time his Death traits began to manifest, nobody saw him as any kind of threat.
Poppins
The Poppins are a sub-species of the current Protagonist Race Humanity. They were created by the Sublime God Roven-Pan as a backup in case humanity gets wiped out completely. As a result they live underground free from the conflicts on the surface of the Continent. They resemble small chibi humans that are around 60 cm average. This also causes their lifespan to be rather short with the majority of them dying when they become 20 years old. They are physically weaker than humans and lack the ability to use magic with only rare mutants that once born around 1000 years able to use it. In exchange for these weaknesses, they can survive extreme environmental conditions such as being immune to regular poisons and nuclear waste, live comfortably in temperatures within -100°C and 80°C and can even breathe in water and a vacuum. However they can still be killed by disease and other brutal ways. They are also crafty builders able to create machinery on par of that of Maria Custard, who is considered the greatest engineer on the Continent.

Genbu's Castle
Waka
A Youkai painting of the woman Genbu Castle was built to imprison. The original Waka has long since fled the Castle, but this painting houses her memories, at least up to the point she escaped. In Rance 5D, she is eventually able to transfer her mind into a life-sized doll of Waka, allowing her to move around freely.
- And I Must Scream: Life as a painting is pretty boring: Waka cannot move at all, and while she can speak, there aren't many people around to talk to. It's no surprise she abandons the painting for the doll.
- Art Initiates Life: An anonymous painter spent 200 years creating the painting, and his devotion to his art caused the painting to come to life as a Youkai.
- Dropped a Bridge on Her: After Genbu returns to his castle in Sengoku Rance, he is furious that Waka fell in love with another person (implied to be Bird Lithfie) and destroys the doll in his rage.
- Living Toys: Originally, the life-size Waka Doll was created as a sex toy/guardian of Genbu's Castle. Waka took it over and now uses it as her own body.
Noriko
A youkai woman who runs a shop in Genbu's Castle. Rance is immediately taken with her and resolves to seduce her.
- Achilles' Heel: While her head is detachable, it can't remain separated from her body for more than ten minutes or so. Rance kills her by throwing her body down a well and placing a heavy rock on it.
- Kick the Dog: Rance panics at the sight of her neck and flees in terror from her, and when she chases him, he kills her. Afterward he feels badly about what happened, one of the very few times Rance has been shown as feeling remorse for something he did.
- Woman Scorned: Rance freaks out upon seeing her neck lengthen, and she is hurt and furious because she thought Rance actually cared for her. This leads to her head chasing him all over the village.
- Youkai: A rokurokubi to be precise. She has a very long, rubbery neck... that can also detach from her body and fly around.
Oni Hag
A horrifically ugly giant hag that wanders the desert outside of Genbu's Castle. She's actually a Rare Gal Monster who devours humans for food, and is an exception to the rule of Gal Monsters generally being attractive.
- I'm a Humanitarian: Eats humans she comes across.
- Nonstandard Game Over: If Rance should happen to use his Capture Rope on her during battle, he'll catch her just like any other Gal Monster... what happens next isn't shown, but it leads to Rance's death, implied via sex.
- Recurring Boss: If the player decides to flee from her first encounter, they will have to fight her again later in the game.
