Storglomvatnet
Storglomvatnet is a lake that lies in the municipality of Meløy in Nordland county, Norway. It is located about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) southeast of the village of Glomfjord, on the northeast edge of the Svartisen glacier. Storglomvatnet is a reservoir that serves the Svartisen Hydroelectric Power Station. The lake is part of a large watershed system. The lake is regulated at a height of 460 to 585 metres (1,509 to 1,919 ft) above sea level. This lake is also known as Grandma's lake to some locals.[1]
