Markus Töns
Markus Töns (born 1 January 1964) is a German politician. Born in Gelsenkirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia, he represents the SPD. Markus Töns has served as a member of the Bundestag from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia since 2017.

Life
He became member of the bundestag after the 2017 German federal election.[1] He is a member of the Committee on European Union Affairs and the Committee on Economic and Energy Affairs.[2][3]
