Kill to Get Crimson Tour

The Kill to Get Crimson Tour was a 2008 concert tour by British singer-songwriter and guitarist Mark Knopfler, promoting the release of his album Kill to Get Crimson. The tour consisted of two legs: Europe and North America. The tour started on 29 March 2008 in Amsterdam, and included 94 concerts in 88 cities, ending on 31 July 2008 in Miami Beach, Florida. The tour included a six-night run at the Royal Albert Hall in London, with Bap Kennedy as the supporting act. Jesca Hoop was the opening act for the North America leg of the tour.[1] The tour setlists regularly featured only two songs from the new album, "True Love Will Never Fade" and "The Fish And The Bird," with "Secondary Waltz" being performed at three shows.
