Hardware
The Desire 620 comes with a 5-inch display with screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels (294 PPI). It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset and runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS. It ships with HTC Sense 6 and LTE. It has a 2100mAh removable lithium polymer battery.
It comes with an 8 megapixel back-mounted BSI camera with 1080p video recording. There is also a 5 megapixel front-mounted BSI camera with 1080p video recording.
Variants
There are 2 versions of the Desire 620: Single Sim and Dual Sim. The single sim version supports NFC while the dual sim version does not.
