Goudi, Cyprus
Goudi (Greek: Γουδί) is a village in the Paphos District of Cyprus, located 6 km south of Polis Chrysochous on the Chrysochou River. Funeral announcement in Pileleftheros, 3 January 2014 of a resident of Goudi (Pafos) makes reference to the Church of St. George at Goudi. Topography
Goudi is a village in the Chrysochous valley of the Pafos district nestled on the banks of River Tzelepis. It is situated 100 meters above sea level and is spread over a mild hillside between 60 and 120 meters.[2]
Climate
The climate in Goudi is warm and temperate. The winter months are much rainier than the summer months in Goudi. This climate is considered to be Csa according to the Köppen-Geiger climate classification. The average annual temperature in Goudi is 19.1 °C.[3] The village receives approximately 575 mm of rainfall annually.[4]
