Beijing–Lanzhou passageway
The Beijing–Lanzhou passageway is a high-speed rail corridor running from Beijing through Hohhot and Yinchuan to Lanzhou. It was announced in 2016 as part of the "eight verticals and eight horizontals" railway network plan.

gollark: It's impressive that my computer is capable of executing several billions (hundreds of billions on the GPU) of operations per second and yet is apparently still loaded at 50% just idling with a bunch of tabs and VSCode open.
