ATypI

The ATypI (/ˈtp/)[1] or Association Typographique Internationale (the International Typography Association) is an international non-profit organisation dedicated to typography and type design. The primary activity of the association is an annual fall conference, held in a different global city each year.

The organisation is democratically run by an elected board. Each board member is elected by the ATypI general assembly at the annual general meeting for a period of three years. Current members of the Board are: José Scaglione (president), Gerry Leonidas (vice-president), Petra Weitz (vice-president), Carima El-Behairy (treasurer), Thomas Phinney (secretary), John D.
