Notes
- Honvéd will play their home match against Inter Turku at Hidegkuti Nándor Stadion, Budapest, instead of their regular stadium Bozsik József Stadion (1913), Budapest, as it was demolished to be replaced by their new stadium Bozsik József Stadion, Budapest.
- Kukësi will play their home match against Slavia Sofia at Air Albania Stadium, Tirana, instead of their regular stadium Zeqir Ymeri Stadium, Kukës, which is under reconstruction.
- Hapoel Be'er Sheva will play their home match against Dinamo Batumi at HaMoshava Stadium, Petah Tikva, instead of their regular stadium Turner Stadium, Beersheba, which has been temporarily closed for fixing structural problems in its roof.[2]
- Nõmme Kalju will play their home match against Mura at Kadriorg Stadium, Tallinn, instead of their regular stadium Hiiu Stadium, Tallinn, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
- Apollon Limassol will play their home match against Saburtalo Tbilisi at GSP Stadium, Nicosia, instead of their regular stadium Tsirio Stadium, Limassol, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
- Alashkert will play their home match against Renova at Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium, Yerevan, instead of their regular stadium Alashkert Stadium, Yerevan, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
- Progrès Niederkorn will play their home match at Stade Municipal, Differdange, instead of their regular stadium Stade Jos Haupert, Niederkorn, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
- Petrocub Hîncești will play their home match against TSC Bačka Topola at Zimbru Stadium, Chișinău, instead of their regular stadium Stadionul Municipal, Hîncești, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
