2020–21 Slovenian PrvaLiga
The 2020–21 Slovenian PrvaLiga will be the 30th edition of the Slovenian PrvaLiga since the league was formed in 1991. The season will begin on 12 August 2020[1] and will end in May 2021. The league winners will qualify for a place in the 2020–21 UEFA Champions League.[2]

Competition format
Each team will play 36 matches (18 home and 18 away). Teams will play four matches against each other (2 home and 2 away).[2]
Teams
Rudar Velenje and Triglav were relegated at the end of the previous season.[3] Koper and Gorica will join the other eight teams in the league this season after earning promotion from the Slovenian Second League.[4]
