Sergej Jakirović
Sergej Jakirović (born 23 December 1976) is a Bosnian professional football manager and former player who is the manager of Slovenian PrvaLiga club Maribor.

Club career
His former clubs include RNK Split, Spartak Trnava, Pula, Korotan Prevalje, Kamen Ingrad and CSKA Sofia. He has played in the Croatian Prva HNL with Istra, Zagreb and Rijeka.[2]
International career
Jakirović has made five appearances for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team.[1]
Managerial career
Between 2017 and 2018, Jakirović managed NK Sesvete in the Croatian Second Football League.
On 19 June 2018, he was appointed the manager of the Croatian First Football League club Gorica, which he led to the fifth place in the 2018–19 league season.[3] On 24 February 2020, following the 6–0 loss to Hajduk Split, he was sacked by the club.[4]
On 23 April 2020, Jakirović was named the new manager of Slovenian PrvaLiga club Maribor, replacing the most successful manager of the club, Darko Milanič.[5][6]
