2000 Daventry District Council election

Elections to Daventry District Council were held on 4 May 2000. One third of the council was up for election and the Conservative party stayed in overall control of the council.

You can't grow food fast enough for it to be useful in your "commune" in the middle of a city. You probably can't grow enough food *at all* in that area to feed the sort of population density cities typically have. You definitely can't really do it without much farming equipment and by just making a few tiny soil bits with plants in them.
