1994 Kensington and Chelsea London Borough Council election

The 1994 Kensington and Chelsea Council election took place on 5 May 1994 to elect members of Kensington and Chelsea London Borough Council in London, England. The whole council was up for election and the Conservative party stayed in overall control of the council.[1]

gollark: Not that I'm particularly *good* at reverse engineering, but I can write... the windows equivalent of LD_PRELOAD things eventually maybe.
gollark: If I was being evil, I could just... windows equivalent of strace... your program, see that it looks for hardware IDs or something, and spoof that, without ever seeing the code.
