The troubleshooting page for the Asus Chromebook C202 should help solve common problems with this device.

Background

This laptop uses an Intel Celeron N3060 processor. Video is handled by the integrated graphics card from the processor for video output to display on its 11.6" screen with a resolution of 1366x768. One version holds 2 GB of RAM while the other holds 4 GB of RAM. It also has HDMI out, a SD card reader, and two USB 3.0 ports. It runs Chrome OS and has a battery life of 10 hours.

This device is designed for classroom use. It is rugged and very durable. It is designed to withstand drops from up to 120 centimeters (if it lands flat) or 80 centimeters (if it lands on its side).

This Chromebook is also relatively easy to repair. Hopefully with the help of the iFixit guides, you can fix most problems.

Identification

There are multiple different models in this series. To find out which model you have, flip the laptop to its back, and find the black ID strip. In the grey box near the right side of the strip, beneath the bar code is a model number of letters and numbers, starting with C202.
