I built the help portal in its current state, and am currently the main person patrolling and maintaining it. I also wrote several policies, rewrote almost all of the policies and guidelines, extracted help pages from the guidelines pages, removed 3.5e references from all help pages, reorganized the meta, and extract lost help from meta into the portal.
