- Law of Chromatic Superiority: He gets a unique upgrade for his bike, and is the second Red to receive a Battlizer.
- Meaningful Name: "Leo" meaning "lion," which is his Galactabeast.
- Old Shame: Despite playing a friendly easy-going guy, Danny Slavin is pretty much reluctant to ever talk about his time on Power Rangers.
- After hearing some of the crap the Lost Galaxy cast went though it's really hard to blame him.
- Playing with Fire
- Rookie Red Ranger: Only by virtue of not being one of the original five to get a Quasar Saber and by being the youngest.

- One-Winged Angel: Her insectile form counts as this. In Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, she tries to turn back into it. Thanks to the Big Bad of that series, she gets turned into a gigantic monster that takes two Megazords to take down.
