- Awesome McCoolname: You gotta admit, her name is Badass.
- Her real name is even better: Erin Van Oosbree.
- Covert Pervert: If her Twitter is anything to go by, she has quite the dirty mind. (Link may be NSFW.)
- Cross-Dressing Voices: She voices a lot of boys, such as Chad, Brandon, Buzz, Wubbzy, and the countless amount of additional voices she does.
- Hey, It's That Voice!!: Once you know her basic voices, she becomes much more recognizable in her roles.
- Mean Character, Nice Actor
- Motor Mouth: As Goo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Contrary to popular belief, her voice isn't sped up for the role, Grey does that herself.
- Non-Singing Voice: Averted. Grey, already being a music artist, sings herself in most of her roles.
- Talking To Herself: She usually voices many characters in her works, who also usually interact with each other.
- Typecasting: Even Grey herself notices that she voices a lot of Jerkasses and Villains.

- The Pollyanna: Describes herself as this.
- Relationship Voice Actor: She and her good friend Tara Strong usually appear together in many shows.
- Vocal Evolution: Her standard boy voice has certainly improved from Chad in 2002, to Buzz in 2006.
