World Infestation Tour

The World Infestation Tour was a concert tour by American glam metal band Ratt in support of their latest album Invasion of Your Privacy. Arguably Ratt's most successful tour of their 1980's heyday the tour lasted for over a year. Bon Jovi was the support act for the majority of the tour with other opening acts included Mama's Boys and Y&T. The tour also featured a show at the 1985 Monsters of Rock Festival in Castle Donington, England. The music video for the single You're in Love shows the large stage set that was used during the tour. Much of the video was filmed at Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, LA & the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Mississippi. In February 1986 the band opened for Ozzy Osbourne in the United Kingdom. The tour finally came to an end in Anchorage, Alaska after 164 shows.[1]
