Trogossitidae

Trogossitidae is a small family of bark-gnawing beetles in the suborder Polyphaga. Many taxa formerly within this family have been removed (as of 2019) to other families, such as Lophocateridae, Peltidae, Protopeltidae, Rentoniidae, and Thymalidae.[1]
