Sissie Luo

Sissie Luo (born March 5, 2001) is a Guamanian beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Universe Guam 2019. Luo will now represent Guam at the Miss Universe 2019 pageant.[1]

Personal life

She was born and raised at the village of Tamuning, Guam. She is of Chinese descent and she can speak Mandarin and English. She is a recent graduate of Saint John's High School.[2]

Pageantry

Miss Universe Guam 2019

Luo began her pageantry career representing Tamuning in the Miss Universe Guam 2019 pageant. She won and took home three special awards; Best In Swimsuit, Best In Long Gown and Miss Photogenic.[2] She succeeded outgoing Miss Universe Guam 2018 Athena McNinch.[3]

Miss Universe 2019

As Miss Universe Guam 2019, Luo has obtained the right to represent Guam in Miss Universe 2019 Pageant later this year.
