Phenix, Indiana
Phenix is an unincorporated community in Nottingham Township, Wells County, in the U.S. state of Indiana.[2]

History
A post office was established at Phenix in 1889, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1904.[3]

gollark: Anyway, things confusongly failed with useless output like "OS error 22" and when I randomly reordered the socket setup calls to fix it, it *appeared* to work but did nothing.

gollark: I was TRYING to make UDP/IPv6 multicast work, except the libc(/POSIX? who knows) APIs for this appear to be terrible and not map onto the actual protocols at all.
