Agriculture is the mainstay and occupation of the villagers.[1]
Infrastructure
Road transportation is the main hindrances for the development of the village. There is a street which is used for plying light vehicles during dried season. During rainy season, the road transportation was under blockage. The village was thus completely isolated from the city. Now the government is constructing road from Koitok to Haydor Pur and may be commissioned within one year if work is taken up within one year if work is taken up continuously. Though electricity is not available at our village but most of the villagers are using solar plant as alternate. All the pavements are constructed and well-arranged. There have a little canal beside the main road which is used in rainy season though streets remain mud free at that time.
