Endrendrum Punnagai (TV series)

Endrendrum Punnagai (transl. Everlasting smile) is an Indian Tamil-language soap opera aired on Zee Tamil starring Nakshatra Srinivas, Deepak Kumar, Nithin Iyer and Kavitha.[1] It started from 16 March 2020 on Monday to Saturday. This show is produced by Isai Pictures of Neelima Rani, who also produced Zee Tamil tv series Niram Maaratha Pookal.[2][3][4][5]

Synopsis

Aandal, a wealthy and greedy woman, who has a grandson named Aakash. He always do whatever his grandmother says and become a puppet to Aandal. On the otherside Thendral, a RJ who lives a simple and compact life with her family. Aandal wishes Aakash to marry Thendral, as Aandal inspired and attracted about Thendral's speech in FM always. But situation occurs when Siddharth, who works with Thendral falls in love with her.

This title was taken from a 2013 Endrendrum Punnagai movie starring Jeeva, Trisha, Vinay, Santhanam and Andrea. The English meaning of this title Everlasting Smile.

The series was released on 16thMarch 2020 on Zee Tamil and Zee Tamil HD. The show was also broadcast internationally on the network's international channels.
