The following is a list of electoral results in the State of Penang since the independence of Malaya (now Malaysia) from the British Empire in 1957. The results for both parliamentary and state constituencies, which return representatives to the Malaysian Parliament and the Penang State Legislative Assembly respectively, are as categorised below.
