The 2022 United States Senate election in Alabama will be held on November 8, 2022, to elect a member of the United States Senate to represent the State of Alabama.

Incumbent Richard Shelby was first elected in 1986. He was a Democrat in that election and in his 1992 re-election, but changed to the Republican Party in 1994.[1] In his most recent election in 2016, he was re-elected with 64% of the vote over Democrat Ron Crumpton.[2]
