The 1932–33 season was the 58th season of competitive football in England.
Overview
Events
5 November 1932 - Gillespie Road station on the London Underground - the station local to Arsenal Stadium - is renamed to Arsenal (Highbury Hill), on the suggestion of Arsenal manager Herbert Chapman.[1] By 1960, the station would become Arsenal tube station. It is the only Tube station named directly after a football club.[nb 1]

gollark: I used it for several years when I was a foolish younger person.
gollark: Plus updates are annoying. I can update *mostly* without reboots (they take 25 seconds anyway) and in the background.
gollark: And it'll still randomly waste resources for no reason.
gollark: It runs fine on my okay-ish laptop, as well as a RPi3B.
