The Wyoming gubernatorial election of 1894 took place on November 6, 1894. The Democratic incumbent John Eugene Osborne chose to not seek another term as governor of Wyoming. Republican candidate, surveyor and rancher William A. Richards defeated the Democratic William H. Holliday with 52.61% of the vote.
