The Hurricane (Gregory "Sugar Shane" Helms) 2001-2010
- One Hero Two Sidekicks: At first his only side kick was Mighty Molly. She turned on him and he later mentored Rosey the S.H.I.T. and Super Stacy.
- Determinator: Seeing his doctor after having trouble doing push ups it was determined Helms had a broken neck and had been that way for at least a week!
- Keet
- Secret Identity: Sort of. The fans all know who he is but go along with it anyway and boo every Rudo who doesn't.
- Super Strength: Hurricane can halt any charge with the rise of his elbow, no man is too big to be chokeslamed!
- The Rival: His civilian guise has been on and off with Matt Hardy since childhood.
- Weaksauce Weakness: The Hurricane fears clones, identical twins and broccoli, according to WWE magazine.
Lance Storm (Lance Evers) 2001-2004
- Canada, Eh?
- Catch Phrase: "If I can be serious for a moment..."
- The Comically Serious
- Draco in Leather Pants: Due to his legit talent.
- Evil Foreigner: As part of the UnAmericans. "America Sucks," indeed.
- One of Us: As seen on his blog after his retirement, Lance Storm is a smark of the highest order.

- Wearing A Flag On Your Tights: Before switching to the aforementioned Underwear of Power, his tights were in red and white Canadian colors.
Rhyno (Terrance "Terry" Gerin) 2001-2005

- Ascended Fanboy: Not only has he been into wrestling since he was a kid, he's also written a few comic books.

Tazz (Peter Senerchia) 2000-2009

- Badass Decay: Paul Heyman blamed Vince McMahon for Tazz going from a "killer" to a "fat, little, obnoxious color commentator, and not even a good one!" Tazz responded by giving him a Tazzmission; a Crowning Moment of Awesome for both men.
- Captain Obvious: Used by Tazz to refer to his broadcast partner - either Michael Cole or Joey Styles - when they said something blindingly obvious.

- Deadpan Snarker: Nearly always.

- The Dog Bites Back: When the Alliance started to lose faith in Austin, Tazz (Who at this point has been his personal Unfavorite) tells him exactly what he thinks of him. Although he gets his ass beat for it, the rest (who would've normally joined in on the beat down) simply left).
- Jerkass With A Heart Of Gold
- The Jimmy Hart Version: In the later days of ECW, he began using a knockoff of Kiss's "War Machine" for his entrance. This theme reappeared in the WWECW revival.

- Name's the Same: With the Looney Tunes character. The extra Z was added on by WWE to try to avoid any lawsuits from Time Warner, which owned their biggest rival

- Unstoppable Rage: His finisher, the Tazzmission, banks on this.

- Wild Card: Video packages hyping his debut painted him as a typical monster heel. His first opponent was Kurt Angle, an arrogant Smug Snake.
Tommy Dreamer (Thomas James "Tom" Laughlin) 2001-2010

- The Jimmy Hart Version: During his stint in WWECW, his theme song was a Jimmy Hart Version of "Man In The Box" by Alice In Chains, the theme song he had in the original ECW.
- Last of His Kind: As of 2008, he is the only ECW original in the WWECW/ECWWE brand.
- As of his retirement in December 2009, he was the final ECW original.
- Old Master
- Singapore Canes Are Even Better: His trademark Weapon of Choice.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: it was more commonly used against him or stolen to use against one of his allies than by Tommy himself to the point of being a running gag.
- Tear Jerker: His retirement speech to the fans - whom he called his family - and his final walk up the ramp with his twin five-year-old daughters.
