- Recommended by: Agent Cyan
- Synopsis: An up and coming tumblr author who primarily focuses on Bolin/Korra oneshots. Definitely worth a look-see; her stories incorporate well-written emotion and dialogue that can leave you on the verge of tears.
General Fics
Hybridization series, by Gigabomb
- Recommended by: Deist Zealot
- Synopsis: A story about botany in which absolutely nothing grows. In which Katara refuses to compromise her ideals, Sokka admits that mistakes were made, and four members of the Red Lotus are given a future that is not entirely bereft of hope.
- Status: A Seed is Planted, One Day in Early Spring is a one-shot; Twelve Years Until the Harvest is ongoing.
- Comments: This What If...? series—alternately just called Hybridization—plays heavily on the Anti-Villain status of the Red Lotus and some Fridge Horror concerning their individual cells. In short: they're effectively sentenced to community service, and the author makes it work.
General Oneshots
a million miles of fun by Dandybear
- Recommended by: Deist Zealot
- Synopsis: Villains—specifically, the Red Lotus—out grabbing a bite at an all-night diner. Corny, crude, and—despite being labeled as a crackfic—still captures the villains in question to a T.
