Chris Daugherty

• Anti-Hero: Particularly for guys.
• Badass Boast: This line in the penultimate episode showed us just how much control he had in the game:

I don't trust Scout, I don't trust Twila, I don't trust Eliza, I don't trust Julie. And they don't trust each other. And the most screwed-up thing about it is I think they all trust me.

• Dark Horse Victory: The only guy on a tribe full of Straw Feminists manages to turn the game around, manipulate all the women not only into allowing him into the Final Four, but giving him the money when the jury was five women to two men. Jeff once called him the most unlikely winner in the game's history.

• Fat Bastard: But, as noted elsewhere, he's really more of an anti-hero than a villain.
• Foreshadowing: This confessional at the middle of the season foreshadows just how he ends up winning the game:

You question a woman's character... you question a woman's ability, she'll snap your neck! ...You open your heart, show a woman you're vulnerable, then they start thinkin' with their heart.. That's when they open up that back door.

• Guile Anti-Hero: Decently strong in challenges but his best weapon was definitely his cunning.

• Never Live It Down: Cost his tribe Immunity in the first challenge by being completely unable to cross a balance beam. Probst certainly found some amusement in the fact that in spite of it he ended up running deep and ultimately winning.

• Professional Butt-Kisser: Takes it Up to Eleven during the jury questioning. Scout called him a "bullshit artist" for a reason.

• Ladette: Outright says early on that she has a much easier time getting along with men as opposed to women, and it shows in the game.

• Ice Cream Koan: Delivers a couple of these during her tribal council votes, most notably when she votes for Julie and tells her to "return to her roots," whatever that means.

• All of the Other Reindeer: As elegantly put by herself, for all of Vanuatu she was really working with an alliance of herself, and...well, just herself.

• Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: The moment you put a slingshot in his hands, watch out.
• Elimination Houdini: But only just once.

John Kenney

• Too Dumb to Live: Chris said that the reason he was kept the longest out of all the younger guys was because he was the least skilled at the game.

• The Quisling: Subverted. Eliza was paranoid that Dolly would turn into this, and orchestrated Dolly's exit, but Dolly never planned on betraying the younger girl's alliance.

Brook Geraghty

• The Complainer Is Always Wrong: Lobbied the hardest for Chris to be vote out; it caused the majority alliance to turn on him instead.
• Death by Genre Savviness: Was the first guy voted out for being the only younger man on Lopevi(there was an age war going on at the time) to have watched the show previously. He even called himself a super fan of Survivor in his bio.
